4.1/5 based on 600+ reviews on the web
Learn some chocolate-making history and sample fresh creations from one of the United State's bigger chocolatiers, Wilbur Chocolate. The museum's exhibits trace the history of the company and displays antiques chocolate molds, tins, and boxes and handpainted porcelain chocolate pots. Ask the attentive staff questions about how chocolate is made, try some of the samples. The factory sits upstairs from the museum, so the chocolate treats here haven't traveled far. • Disappointed in this visit. Long time fan of Wilbur Chocolate. I was expecting to see more. This is just a store to sell their products.
  • Did not know anything about Wilbur chocolate until now. It's a big part of the employment here. There's a wide variety of packaging of their chocolates which it easy to shop
  • Yes, the chocolate is really good. But if feels like the tour is in order to drive people to the store across the street.... Where people stuff their shopping baskets full of different chocolate and c...  read more »
  • Delicious chocolatier that creates chocolates that are much higher in quality and flavor than Hershey. They are however, much more expensive, but you do pay for the quality. It was fun to go to their factory store and watch them make their chocolate and learn all about the history of the company. The store is huge you can even buy chocolate chips that you melt into molds yourself. UNCLE GERRY’S TIP: Check out Julius Sturgis Pretzel Bakery which is less than a mile away. They have a great tour that you can learn how to roll your own pretzels.
  • The best chocolate in the world. Love the Wilbur buds, and the triple coated almonds are to die for. You can't eat just one. In fact, my mouth is watering just thinking about it.
  • Looks like fun but happened to go while the town had a chocolate walk and could not move in the store and tour was closed for the event. Samples were devoured by one person hovering over and eating like that was the last batch of chocolate ever made.
  • I like going here with my children and then go to the park
  • Awesome LOL LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
