History Museum
Lincoln College, chartered Lincoln University in 1865, is a private liberal arts college, fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association.

Lincoln College has long fostered a personal approach to education. It has had a tradition of personal education before the concept became universally popular. The tradition, guiding mission, faculty philosophy, student services, and low faculty-student ratio enable the College to provide the important element of individualized attention that makes the difference between failure and success for many students.

The Lincoln campus provides students with a liberal arts foundation as well as athletic and fine arts programs.

The Normal campus offers traditional associate degree as well as four-year programs, an adult degree completion program (ABE), and a cosmetology school (MCC).

  • Excellent interactive exhibit that guides you through Lincoln's life from his childhood to his death. Very well done using modern technology to draw you into history. Worth the stop for a history buff...  more »
  • This is one of the best museums I have been to, including recent visits to CW. The interactive exhibits make the live of Lincoln far more interesting than a flat display.  more »

  • Ensino de qualidade. I did the extent of my post graduate studies at Lincoln College and was one of the greatest learning experiences I've had.
  • Lincoln College brought me to campus to speak on my work with Toyota and my book, One White Face. It was a pleasure to work with Zach Landers and the team! They were professional, organized and courteous. If you have the chance to work with them, I would most certainly recommend it! -Hilary
  • I have advanced my academic and athletic career. The admissions process was my favorite part. Mr. Baker (criminal justice professor) was my favorite. Nothing better than being taught by someone who is knowledgeable and experienced. Go Lynx!
  • I met some of my best friends at Lincoln College and the counselors in the admissions office are super helpful when I had questions.
  • i would not wish this school upon my worst enemies. the advisers don't give half a shit, because of my idiocy of relying on them to get their job done right i now have to complete another online course. when i asked my adviser what college would have the best options for the class i would now need to take he recommended me an online course that would cost me over 1500$. i thought that was insane so i found a school near me online that costs 500. advisers were switched on me without even knowing until i walked into my previous advisers old office. the cleanliness is awful, I've never seen the president eat at the cafeteria. you know why? because i wouldn't feed most of that shit to my dog. they try to make it look all nice and clean when the new students come to visit. the buildings are filthy, I've found used condoms in the showers in carol. if you're expecting an accurate percentage of ethnic backgrounds enrolled in the school, make sure to ask for it without including the commuters. the only positive experience I've had at that school is finding some good teachers. if not for Dennis Campbell, and people in the heart science building i would have 100% regretted going to this shithole. if you are thinking of going to this school, do not waste your money, time, and effort. you're better off going to a community college than going here. if i could write about all the awful things that i've seen happen at that school i would be here for a year.
