  • First, understand that this is a Children's Zoo--it's not meant to compete with the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha (America's best zoo and one of the best in the world, hands down). It's a zoo for younger ...  read more »

  • I am impressed with the Linc children's Zoo. For a small zoo, it is excellent. It has really grown, over the years. ❤️
  • This place is an adorable small zoo - perfect for children of course. There's a couple nice play areas and a pony ride. Lots for littles to learn about, but not so much it's overwhelming. A nice afternoon visit. My only complaint is the bathrooms need an overhaul!

  • Come here about every week in the summer. Lots of fun. Really enjoy the spray stations, especially when it's super hot out. The new tortoise enclosure is super fun.
  • Lovely small zoo. Small in a good way, you get an intimate view of the animals, and it's geared toward interactive visits. Great for children, of course. Lovely grounds, always shady and cooler than the rest of the city. A nice place to relax.
  • This is a great zoo for kids under 10 as it's easy to walk through it all in about an hour. They offer lots of hands on activities with the animals ranging from feeding some to actually getting to hold animals. Prices are very reasonable for entrance, train rides or animal rides. If you go here frequently save yourself some money and get a membership.
