A nice church right across the street from the State Capitol. While it has nice architecture, it unfortunately pales in comparison to it’s neighbour.

I am not religious but I can still admire the artwork and architecture. It was worth visiting. And it is conveniently located by the capital building.

Small Church. Mass went quickly. The building shows it's age, which in Rome is a feature, but less so in the US. They are fundraising to support modernization. Glass art is pretty, not traditional stained, but painted.

I don't give 5 star ratings very often, but it's a beautiful cathedral that does a lot for the community. From running a school to giving communion, from offering a place for recovering addicts to meet to weekly food distribution, holding mass, Christmas presents for the poor, and even lending a compassionate ear to some distraught person who isn't even catholic. From what I hear anyway. Stop by the rectory next door and ask about their services.

Though its age is beggining to show, st Marys is still one of the best in lincoln. Fr. Walsh is clearly passionate about what he does and the architecture is something to behold. Mass is always a pleasure there and everyone is very nice. It definatley holds a place of nostagia for me personally as well.
