  • Natural beauty with protected status, walkways, near the beach but feels separate from ''The cost." Other than the nearby Slishan resort, not near most commercial places.  more »
  • This had all the things a family could ask for, a trail to walk out of the wind, an inlet/bay part where there's no waves, sand, rocks, lots of beach fire places, bushes, grassy knolls, all the good s...  more »

  • Beautiful small park along the West side of the 101 with restrooms, 4 picnic tables, gazebo and bay access. Park was recently spruced up and is currently closed while new grass grows. The parking lot and restroom are however open. You can still reach the bay by walking around the park.
  • The famous Mo's eatery... Beautiful bay area has harbor seals year round. Calm bay with invigorating waves and beach walks. Huge driftwood trees... dog friendly and little fires at night on the beach are awesome! Very quiet town, during some sunsets you could be the only one there... in cooler seasons.
  • Absolutely love visiting this area of the coast and to top it off Moe's restaurant is right next to this bay and they have the world's best clam chowder.
  • Favorite quick getaway for clamming about an hour or so from Salem. Lots of little shops around and the beach is calm for exploring.
  • Parking can be rough but great beach access wit crabbing from the beach and several restaurants in easy walking distance.
