  • The Lincoln National Park is a great part of history, which is sadly, mostly forgotten. They have a beautiful chapel, where they used to allow weddings, I was married there 33 years ago and my son was...  more »

  • Fantastic memorial to Lincoln's early years. The on-site Rangers were very friendly and informative about the Museum and grounds. Very nice hiking paths, and they even have a cool little film detailing Lincoln's early years in Southern Indiana. This park is a Gem!
  • Take a couple of hours to learn about Lincoln's time in Indiana. Walk through the forest and see the field where his family made their living. The Chapel inside is extremely beautiful with rich woodwork.
  • Great place for a family day out. They have PLENTY of space for picnics, and GREAT hiking paths. Staff is friendly and helpful. They also have very reasonable prices on souvenirs. Also a GREAT place to visit for school field trips.
  • Extremely well kept. As someone from very close by I am proud to recommend this FREE park to anyone. We honestly need more things like this in our country.
  • The national parks service came through again the Lincoln's Boyhood Home was well done. The period interpreter at the farm was amazing. The footprint of the cabin was really interesting. I liked that they did not try to pretend that the log cabin he grew up in was still standing.
