  • Almost all of the enclosures were very large. Lots of animals. Nice wide areas to walk around. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Boo at the Zoo was wonderful. My kids loved it! They can't wait to ...  read more »
  • This is perfect for a place to kill a couple of hours or just get out of the house. It's not a huge place and takes a short amount of time to walk through, but we really enjoy it! Very, very clean and...  read more »
  • Just as many of the other reviewers noted, this has to be the cleanest zoo I've ever visited. The grounds, bathrooms and animal enclosures were pristine. I took my handicapped 87 yr old mother and 90 ...  read more »
  • It's a small place, but nicely kept. Everyone is friendly and the animals are relatively close. It's not the San Diego, but what is? Good afternoon with family. Don't miss giraffe feeding. Spoke with Connie Bright, one of the owners. Super knowledgeable and amazingly personable. The entire zoo is privately owned, no government dollars at all. PLEASE go; you won't AT ALL be disappointed!
  • Borrowed wheelchair for my 90 year old mom. Best day ever! Feed giraffes. Do ride tour of antelopes. Extremely clean! Fresh fried everything at concessions. Feeding sessions w animals all day are very upclose. Cant beat w stick!
  • Great little walk around for the family, baby friendly... If you go at opening in the morning, they are feeding the animals at that time and you can get a real up close and personal. Do the giraffe feeding for some cool pix...I will say, it's a little short and mechanical feeling, prepare your shot first, otherwise you won't have everything in the frame, it's over too quickly. Feed the lorikeets, hold your cup tightly or they'll pull it out of your hand and spill the food...I will say, they are not the friendliest I've fed, I found the male and female couple were the funnest. Feed the goats...they are always hungry. I did not try the food, I'll try it next time I go and amend my review. I thought it was a good variety of animals and over all a beautiful facility.
  • Brights Zoo is a beautiful place and lots of adorable animals to check out. My soon to be hubby and I are getting married there today.
  • Nice place, very clean. I wish the family membership included the whole family not just a family of four. We would have bought it. It is a lot bigger than we thought. Loads of animals.
