  • You'd be wise to look elsewhere. I ordered my book on the first day of class for Summer session. I called a week later to see if it was in and I was told their manager in charge of ordering was on vacation and to call back next week. I did this, and the manager ordered the book at this point and told me it would be there on the following Monday. I called Monday and was told to check back in 48hours. 48hours later, I went to the store and was told to come back next week. It's been twenty days since the order was placed and I'm out $200, and in the middle of class. I wish I had read reviews before placing my order. Be cautious.
  • The prices are high but they offer price matching with Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and local competitors (Kennedy's). Definitely a good place to go if you're looking for the cheapest prices since they offer price matching.
  • Pretty disorganized, and they expect the book rentals back before finals are done. Not helpful. They didnt even have the books ready in time for when the semester started.
  • They have poor organizational skills and never have books ready by the first weeks of class.
  • Lots of amazing books to choose from, despite stereotypical college textbook prices.
