  • Iv been coming here for a few years now, I learned to shoot as well as take the CHL here. The employees are very knowledgeable and don't make you feel stupid if you mess think you messed up. While lea...  read more »
  • This is a fairly new and very modern indoor range. Be sure any gun you bring is in a case or bag. They are very safety conscious. Ammo and targets available when you check in. Most of the time there i...  read more »

  • Absolutely horrible experience. Overall the facilities weren't the newest, but the equipment appeared to be very well maintained and sales area was organized/stocked/clean, and the staff was very pleasant to work with, minus one. After getting to our lane, we were approached by a staff member who was extremely rude to my girlfriend and I. The unwarranted lecture, condescending attitude, and glaring looks were very disappointing and discouraged her from shooting any further. I normally don't let an individual staff member influence my ratings and opinion of an establishment but this person has been identified several times on multiple review sites and impacted our trip in such a significant way that I feel I have no choice but to rate this range as low as possible. Overall a disappointing experience. Will not be coming here again.
  • Don't really know what these negative reviews are all about. I have been to this range 5 times and apart from longer waits on weekends, I have never had a bad experience. The RO's have a job to do and have always dealt with me and my daughter professionally and courteously. The range is comfortable and clean ( we were in for a visit today) and the staff is knowledgeable. I would recommend Eagle to anyone and I would go back.
  • (I'm not the only one with this type of bad experience, read more reviews below.) I will never go back. As I read the reviews I'm very surprised what good ratings this place has received. The prices are high and the range seems very dated, yes. But for me, those things can be overlooked. The staff wasn't too bad until we got to our lane. I didn't get the guy's name but he's about 6ft tall, Caucasian, balding, mid 50's to early 60's with a big belly. Extremely rude at me and my wife. It's one thing to try and make contact in order to explain the rules. But the arrogant attitude, the glaring looks, and the condescending tone are unwarranted. Needless to say my money, and I are walking out and never returning. I truly hope people read this review and consider going to another place.
  • Awful business. The staff is almost appalling. They are rude, snarky, unprofessional, not knowledgeable, and unhelpful and honestly terrible. I got passed from person to person at least 3 times, each time having to start over explaining what I was looking for, what I liked and didn't like. Terrible customer service. Now we get to their billing system: I was told it was only $5 per firearm I wanted to try (2). Then it was an additional $14 for ammo. Was told this by 3 different people. When I finally got the green light to go, I was told I would be charged another $5 for hearing and eye protection, which was no big deal. Upon finishing my trials, I went to checkout. This is where they sneak their $20 "range fee", which I was never told of between 3 different people. So between their horrible staff and shady business practices, please go to a different location to buy and fire your firearms. I would give this place 0 stars if it were an option.. honestly contemplating filing a BBB complaint.
  • I read reviews and wonder if some of these people have ever shot or shopped anywhere else in their lives. I enjoy shooting at Eagle Gun Range. Their staff keeps everybody as safe as possible. Some people take offense to being called out for a safety rule. I missed my daughter changing her grip to an unsafe manner (one time). One of the RO's jumped right in and corrected it. The RO looked at me with disappointment like a parent looking at a bad report card. I was embarrassed that I did not catch it myself. A wise former employer told me how to deal with these type of situations. GET OVER IT. A couple of weeks ago a customer got bent about an RO correcting the way the customer's son was shooting. When you are seated, shooting at a target at an upward angle, the bullet WILL hit the ceiling even if it does hit paper first. So the guy makes an ass of himself, turns red as a stop sign. As he continued his rage, he looked like he was about to go off. They got him calmed down, sort of. People like that should not own or shoot guns. Eagle is the only indoor range that I have shot at with air conditioning that actually works.
