  • We've been going to Hiddenbrook Winery for over 2 years and are club members. It's a log cabin tucked into the woods. It doesn't have the wonderful views that many vineyards have but we do enjoy their...  read more »
  • The staff at this quaint little winery seemed overwhelmed with just helping a few people do a tasting at one time plus with using their new check-out system (ipad minis). The wines were okay, But the ...  read more »
  • My wife and I visted this winery in Leesburg in a beautiful wooded setting. A well informed staff. Excellent wines. Would recommend the Chambourcin. A beautiful log cabin tasting room, with an outside...  read more »
  • This winery has a nice cozy feeling when you go in. It's very much a log cabin in the woods and they even offer a selection of board games for you to play while you sip your wine. I took off one star for this one because there weren't many standout wines last time I stopped in. The Chambourcin was probably my favorite as it had a nice mustard seed flavor to it (sounds weird but it was delicious). They had a Rose the year prior that apparently used the Chambourcin and it had been the favorite wine of the day (out of 5 wineries). They used a different recipe though last time I went in :(
  • Northern Virginia provides a plethora of wonderful wineries from the connoisseur to the novice. I have personally visited many of them and each offers something a bit different. I joined Hidden Brooks wine club about a year ago though and LOVE it. Lucky for me it is in my neighborhood! My current fave is their reserve cab. The service here is also top notch - they are knowledgeable and friendly. So happy to have this little gem just around the corner!
  • Absolutely loved the place. Very warm and welcoming staff. Cute and cozy log cabin setting. OUTSTANDING wines. Favorites were the Chardonnay, 2010 Cab Sauv and their brand new Chambourcin which the lady doing our tasting let us have a sneak peek of. Kudos to that! Even though some of the reviews here (5+ years old) say otherwise, Hidden Brook def knows what they're doing these days.
  • I liked this winery, but did not love it. They had live music outside, which was fun, but not a lot of seating near the music. Most of the whites were a little sweet for my taste. However, the chambourcin was really interesting. The tasting room is a little sparse, but the staff were very nice and accommodating.
  • The service was good and the atmosphere fine, but the wines were objectionable (I'm being nice). Almost all were overly sweet and crafted by inexperienced hands. If you like really sweet wines then stop and have a tasting ($5) otherwise drive another 4 minutes to some great wineries.
