  • We stopped by and they were there and completely ignoring the small crowd of people wanting to meet them, get autographs, and so on. It's like they think they're too good for their fans. The store was...  more »
  • We were told that this was a waste of a trip by some of Le Claire's antique dealers, but this was the destination I came to Le Claire to see! It was awesome to visit this tv show location and see some...  more »
  • What a disappointment. This place is about selling Tee Shirts, mugs, and key chains. the cool stuff that made the show popular had NSF tags (not for sale) or was so over priced only a fool would pay i...  more »
  • Cool to see because of the show. Not a lot of antiques for sale. There are some unique items to see. The main business seems to be selling show merchandise. However, the town is really nice to walk through, and the pickers were a big part of putting Le Claire on the map. Talk to the locals; they had a lot of nice things to say about the pickers.
  • The young lady working the main shop was awsome. She managed to have a conversation with me and be attentive to the other guests, very gracefully. As I am a pro flapper of the gums, that could not have been easy! Yet, she endured..
  • Combo antique store and famous TV location. Artifacts from shows, few things for sale, Antique Archiology souvenirs. Love the show, like getting photo standing in front of shop. Well staffed. (Buy their antique stuff online)
  • Didn't know what to expect when walking up to the place but want impressed. The few antiques they had for sale were way overpriced. Not impressed with what they had for antiques to include the Indian motorcycle they dug up which was nothing but a rust bucket frame. To me that's not an antique but junk they want people to think us worth something. All the place seemed to be was a tourist trap to sell their cozies and trinkets they had their name put on. Glad I didn't have to pay anything to go in it.
  • Cool to see some of the things we saw them pick in front of us. Bought a couple t-shirts for $25 each. Fun to get a chance to stop by!
