  • Just as we expected! Lots of great stuff to see. We have been in their Nashville store and it's very similar. We enjoy the show and it has made us more aware of history! Now as we travel we are on the...  read more »
  • Watched TV show for years - had to see it. Right off Interstate 80 last eastbound exit in IA. About 1.5 miles north - follow signs. No fee to look. Lots of TV episode items. Not TOO touristy. Nice sta...  read more »
  • It was so much fun visiting the location of American Pickers. We were disappointed Mike and Frank were on the road but really enjoyed all the collection of things they gave collected.
  • Drove the 200 miles from Wisconsin over the weekend to visit Antique Archaeology. LeClaire is a neat little town on the Mississippi. The two buildings are smaller then I imagined. Lots of merch for sale, nothing that I needed. There was enough of the picked items to make the stop interesting. They have among other stuff the rescued Indian, the Halloween pumpkin, and the two pig masks that Frank and Mike wore when they did Danielle's review. It was a fun stop.
  • Absolutely love your show, watch every one. One question please, why is everything on the same subject, cars, bikes, signs? Can you try to include something that ladies would like. such as: old sewing machines, rockers, lamps, old child strollers, washboards or very old kitchen utensils. Thing like these then your show would be over the top. Would love to meet Mike and Frank!!!!! Try coming to the Clyde Fremont area in Ohio some time. We would love it. Also i have a very old personal tea pot from the Dollar Steamship Lines late !800's, could you give any information about it? No one seams to know. Thank you
  • I stopped by the shop in Le Claire and when I entered I went back in time to a simpler time. All the antiques on display were fascinating. Really like the collection of old motorcycles in both the shop and store. I love the show and highly recommend a stop at Antique Archaeology in Le Claire. Can't wait to stop by the shop in Memphis next month.
  • Americana at it's best. Even if you aren't into having some of the items in your home, it's worth what they call a "Lookie-Loo". Maybe I was there on a bad day but really thought they would have a bigger inventory. I know these things have an eb en flow to them. The shop hours are Monday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Sunday noon - 4:00 p.m. Also check out the historic towns main street (Cody Road) 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday.
  • My husband and I drove 5 hours to go to American Pickers store, and what a great time. Mike was there signing books, clothes, giving away kozzie to a little girl because when he asked her what she collected she said rocks. Mike smiled and said he didn't have any rocks but here's something to keep your pop cold, the smile on that little girl was priceless. So he also gave them to her 2 siblings. Had are picture taken with Mike and he talked motorcycles with my husband. To top it off we even meant his mother and a friend that he has known since 4th grade, I think her name was Amy. Seen items that we had seen them pick, clown shoes, Loral and Hardy heads and so much more. Highly recommend to visit the store.
