  • For every packed tourist attraction you find that has been ruined by tourism, at least there is a place like this. Free. Bathrooms. Great picnic areas and camping areas. Plenty of parking. Amazing...

  • Beautiful park that is a must if in the area. The water here looks glacier blue close to the lava rocks and the views of the cliffs are spectacular. There is also a very large grassy field which would be perfect for a picnic and to play games on. Also two sets of bathrooms and showers which is nice.
  • Lovely place at the end of a narrow road. Park in designated spaces, respect the area and enjoy the waves crashing on the lava, the steep cliffs, sea spray and eerie light coming through the trees. There is a small amount of rocky beach and always changing views and sounds.
  • This park was absolutely gorgeous and you can camp here overnight with a permit. There's an outdoor shower, restrooms, and cooking area too. We set up our tent, thoroughly explored the park, and went to sleep with the sound of crashing waves.
  • Great little stop if driving around this area. The shoreline is jagged and rocky and so beautiful. The waves were crashing against the rocks and it was so peaceful to sit and just watch. Not really a place to swim but just a fairly secluded, quiet place to enjoy the beauty of the ocean.
  • This is a quiet and somewhat secluded beach. There are many places to park if you are trying to get away from other people. I went just before sunset on a high surf advisory day.
