Grapevine Canyon is located in the Bridge Canyon Wilderness Area and the Spirit Mountain Wilderness as well as partially being in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The canyon also contains the Grapevine Canyon Petroglyphs. The canyon is accessible from Nevada State Route 163 which leads to Lower Grapevine Canyon Road.While it was used by the Mohave people, the canyon which contains a natural spring may have served as a ritual location and for summer solstice observations.

  • The most beautiful and serene setting for petroglyphs. About 1/4 mile walk from parking lot and need to drive 2 miles on a passable dirt road. I loved loved it
