  • Had a great time at two day bingo !! The staff their are the best & they are the same staff that handles all concerts & special events. They treat you like family !!
  • We visited the Edge Water last night and had a great time playing the slots there. All the employees we chatted with were great and happy to help.
  • This is the second time I've stayed here and plan to continue booking the hotel when I visit my son and his family in Bullhead City, AZ. The room was very clean and the bathroom appears to have been r...  read more »
  • I went to the Edgewater on August 27th and it let me down. First we went to the buffet but decided that it was a little pricey for a buffet. Next week went to the steakhouse and was told it would be at least an hour wait. After checking out the food court options, we went to the main bar to gamble for a bit. That was the one place we had the best service. We decided on Cocos for dinner. I ordered a prime rib mushroom burger and my husband had a San Francisco burger. Mine came out with no cheese, hardly any mayo or mushrooms, and very dry meat. My husband's burger came out burnt on one side, Patty not even in one piece. It was not a great experience. We ended up going to in and out for less than half the price we would've spent at the edgewater. The whole place with regards to decor seems a little run down and in need of some attention.
  • I just wanted to let you know that we went to eat at Wild Style on Sunday Aug. 28th and they had an employee that just really made my day. Bridgette greeted every customer with enthusiasm and a smile. I watched her being cheerful with each customer. I went up and told her how she made me smile and made my day. She thanked me for taking the time to tell her and said that she was hired to give customer service so that is what she does for every customer.
  • We have been going to the Edgewater for years. They have recently upgraded their rooms in the Sedona tower and they are pretty nice. The Sante Fe towers are not upgraded so they are cheaper. I would recommend you pay the extra 10 or 15 dollars since they are pretty bad. The gaming has gotten better over the years as they have added a lot of new, more modern machines. The staff is about 1/2 and 1/2. Some are very nice and some could really use a lesson on customer service. But it is a small town so you have to expect that. Fun place to stay most of the time.
  • I liked the spacious rooms. A lot of entertaining stuff to do. The river walk is awesome. A pleasant variety of food. Definitely would stay there again
  • The only way Internet can be this bad is by choice. This hotel chooses to make their wifi pitiful so you'll go lose money downstairs. They claim no responsibility for the Internet either. They say they pay a third party and they have nothing to do with it. The front desk immediately tries to send you to technical support and tries to blame your brand new phone for the reason their crummy Internet sucks. They run old wireless b routers and could care less about your complaints. An investment in their broadband service would dramatically reduce bad reviews like this. They also charge $10/day per device
