Starting with Cindy the Wedding Coordinator my experience was wonderful. Cindy helped me to pick the best package for our budget then she threw in many extras. Cindy assured us that our wedding would ... read more »
We booked in February 2015 for our September 21, 2015 wedding with Breece. When we booked, Breece gave us the Pure Elegance package for the Unforgettable price, so we paid in full. About 30 days prior... read more »
I booked my wedding in February for November. Received a call in October to inform me that the contract that I had paid for could not be honored. And again later on to tell me that the location had ch... read more »
I got married there on 21/02/15, It was really nice at night, everybody help us , the cake was good, we got everything they said in the package and we had a nice time there :)
After reading the reviews I was very nervous for my wedding here since I had already booked it. My biggest complaint is that I had to pay $70 to their minister, when I had brought my own minister. I didn't even use their minister and to top it off, he was late anyway! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of everything that came with my package (the champagne glasses were actually real glass...not plastic, the cake was cute & tasted very good, the flowers were also real & cute). We definitely lucked out getting married on a Sunday at 7 pm...the gazebo is in the middle of hotel room buildings and the pool area. Usually it is packed full of people walking through the wedding area in their swimsuits, but for my wedding it just happened to be empty. The photographer is pretty crappy to be honest. He just takes the photos and transfers them onto a disk right then and there. Luckily my husband knows how to edit photos because all of the pictures were crooked, blurry, terrible lighting, and he chopped people and things in half. Thank goodness for Lightroom!
My fiance and I were beyond thrilled to go to Vegas and get married until this place ruined the moment completely!!!!!! To start off I paid $330 for a "package" that included the use of a bridal suite to get ready in along with champagne and some photos along with a few other inclusions. I originally spoke with Cindy who said it would be all set to be at the venue 20-30 minutes prior so I could get ready for the big day. Soo we start out getting there 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to find the place completely empty not a person in sight. We called and called and called with no answer. We actually left to try and figure out what to do and where we could get married when the limo company finally got in touch with the sleaze balls who run thus place and decided to go back considering they already had our money and lucky us it gets worse!! We arrived back to the venue and the lady who seemed to be some sort of intoxicated proceeds to tell us the bridal suite hasn't been available for months due to renovations and she could see about letting me get ready in the lobby bathroom of the nearby hotel so the lucky bride got to get dressed in a completely public las Vegas bathroom, really sets the mood...On top of it all not one apology came from those people at all. Then the pictures lol so we got a DVD included in the package and we are lucky enough to get to watch the photographer walk around our ceremony the entire time which really isn't that bad just icing on the cake. And in the end we left married which us the point however I just don't want anyone else to be tricked into getting married at what you think is an amazing venue and have your moment ruined 10 minutes prior to the ceremony. Oh one last thing as I am walking down the aisle the drugged out "coordinator" got a phone call and answered it during that moment also so I get that in my video too lucky folks we are!!!!
Wedding Bells made my special day absolutely perfect. With all of the hassle and headache of organizing a wedding, they made everything so easy. Reverend Jeff performed a beautiful ceremony. The event planning staff was really great. The ceremony was timed perfectly and everything was set up when I got there! They took professional pictures for me so that was an extra thing I didn't have to do and now I have a beautiful wedding album. I would recommend Wedding Bells to any of my friends or anyone getting married in Las Vegas.
Biggest scam ever family got accused of getting high. Waited out side for over an hour in 106 degree weather got denied a bottle of water! Bride had to get dressed in a small fitness bathroom did not get candles or rose peddles had to pay over two hundred more dollars to get our pictures and then they worked both sides of the family to get the minister fee. When we were there we asked for the Manager and was told she was out of town, then I called today 7/21/15 to talk to the Manger and come to find out her name is Joy which is the wedding coordinator that was sitting on her ass watching the wedding while we were getting scammed she was smiling. Don't ever go there worst feeling ever getting scammed on our the wedding day!!!!!!!!! Do not do this they are full of it and will destroy your special day.... they get a 0!
