  • I counted 12 tables but only two of them were open. A smattering of people at the machines and a pretty glat vibe. Perhaps that is normal for 6pm on a Sunday? 2024  more »
  • Pleasant stay charge Bally walk Flamingo East, despite the proximity to the strip about 1 Km long. Rooms are spacious, hotel located in the Casino including restaurants, bakeries and bars. And rent a microwave oven from a simple kitchen, a refrigerator too, a little bit longer, is to stay, it needs perfectly. Everytime the meals in the restaurant and soon one 50-bought ingredients at the supermarket $ 60 taken from "eating house", and I think it's rather nice. After saying that Japan food, bakery, salad, frozen food, wine, beverages, Green Strip Wall roughly aligned. From the Strip is almost safe to walk. About 10 minutes walk, leave the Food Court in Bally. It might be helpful, a little in the evening for me. From next to Bally's every 15 minutes 202 bus late at night are from the second bus stop at Hotel. In the pool, recommend Spanish hotel.

  • Went to Tuscany to see the Rat Pack show and spent some time in the casino while waiting. Hardly anyone in the casino; didn't hear much winning going on. As with most casinos, smell was a bit overwhel...  more »

  • Room keeping here worked like clockwork. They came in on time and left everything spotless. Room was fresh and clean. We requested a microwave for our room late at night and got one in minutes. Now the pleasant thing about staying here is that they have a number of dining options, and our favorite was Marilyn's Cafe, right there in the hotel. The food was excellent and made to order, and portion size was very generous. It was very affordable too. They have a set dinner special for every weekday and I made sure to cash in on that. My husband got the 'all you can eat' pancakes for 3.99. Only place I liked as much as this hotel cafe during this trip was Indian Palace, though pricier. Hotel customer service agents were nice and helpful (as far as figuring out best spots in town to eat and stuff like that). We had no problems with check out. Will return if I visit Vegas again.
  • You get what you pay for. The experience was OK as you spend more outside the hotel in Vegas. The only good things we found was the cafe and location. The food is not pricey but they have very limited choices. In room amenities were below basics, they did not even provide the shower cap and dental kit. I have stayed in 5 star as well 2 star hotels. But, i believe for a three star hotel, the service we received was below average. The front desk area is always full on smoke because of its proximity to the casino where smoking is allowed. So if you are paying less than 50 dollars for a room, then it is fine but above that I would look somewhere else.
  • This review is for Marylin's Cafe at Tuscany Suites. We ate here for breakfast. Typical diner breakfast but I can't complain as the prices were low($6-$15) the quality was decent and the portions we're quite large. The servers were all very friendly, active, and accommodating as well. If you're craving steak and eggs or just cheap American comfort for breakfast after a busy night on the strip, come here. If you're looking for something a bit classier, look elsewhere.
  • I like how quiet the resort/compound is. I wish I had time to use pool while there. The room was terribly dry. Front desk staff very professional looking and working/helpful. We were there with a group. The food was unfortunately under-cooked. Bar staff at our event was good. Facilities were good.
  • Exceptional. Love the large room. Everyone has been very pleasant and helpful. Marilyn’s Cafe portions are plentiful, prices are excellent and food is well prepared. Haven’t tried Tuscany Gardens yet. Nice to have a choice of different very talented performers in the Piazza lounge every night. The grounds are beautiful too. Best kept secret in Las Vegas. 10 minutes from everything.

Where to stay in Las Vegas

Most Las Vegas hotels increase their room rates on the weekends, so if you have a flexible schedule, avoid Fridays and Saturdays and take advantage of package deals that include shows, meals, and gambling coupons. Remember also that if you stay at any one of the lively casino hotels, you may not be able to get a good night's sleep for the duration of your trip. If you come to Vegas to stay but not necessarily play, try one of the non-gaming hotels or explore the quieter areas surrounding the city.
