  • The view of the strip was seen by standing right up to our window and looking way to the left. We could see the airport really well. Room was tired, with beat up furniture. No refrigerator. A coffee m...  read more »
  • I love to visit the Tropicana when Im in Vegas because it has great ( cheap) gambling! The Hotel was renovated a year or ago and it shows. Its on the lower end of the strip BUT its worth the time, sma...  read more »
  • Casino Las Vegas is not the biggest and best casino, of course. A member of the Hilton Group's Tropicana Casino in just because you found a detonator, but it's not intuitive that, of course. When you get inside the Hilton is given in certain of the quality of detail in its style.

  • Fun hotel/casino. Visited for a wedding and the venue was/is super pretty. The only complaint is that the room temperatures do not get very cold. I totally understand why they have a max and min temp set points, but it was sometimes too hot and uncomfortable in our room. Staff is super friendly and if you're so inclined to gamble but don't know how, like me, the dealers and such are super helpful. Know why you're coming to the hotel and book your room accordingly because some of the rooms are a good distance from everything else.
  • Had been to Vegas plenty of times, but never went inside the Tropicana. Even though it's an older location...still pretty amazing inside. We ate dinner at Biscayne...upscale steak and seafood restaurant. It was excellent and I highly recommend the Laugh Factory Comedy Club. Great comics...small and intimate venue.
  • I was not happy with the Tropicana in Laughlin. The service wasn't all that. My husband is a diabetic, and uses insulin so I asked for a refrigerator they told me it was extra, all other hotels don't charge but they do. We took our waverunners, parking is the worst, it was way in the back of the casino hotel long walk. Rooms were okay, but I will never stay there again.
  • Valet was exceptional - extremely nice, very helpful in so many ways - thank you guys for the help with loading and unloading the scooter!! The front desk and bell hop were nice. Housekeeping was ok. The room was clean. But for a handicap room, you would think they would fix the shower so it didn't flood the whole entire bathroom floor - an inch deep around the toilet. We had to request several towels to dry floor so no one slipped and fell - when we called the front desk, they said they knew there was a problem with it and they would send up more towels. When towels were delivered we said something then too and all he did was hand us the towels, grin and walk away. We had to do this for all the 3-nights we stayed there. Thanks guys for that one...×3.
  • Good stay. A non-smoking room wasn't available on check-in, which was a disappointment. The entire floor and room stunk of cigarettes. For a non-smoker, it's pretty disgusting. It was a busy week and we were moved to a non-smoking room the next day. The blinds or "shutters" are terrible and keep no light out. If you need complete darkness to sleep, do not stay at this hotel. They need to invest in black-out curtains. The hotel and casino was a good size - not overly large and in your face like some of the others. Good distance from airport. All food ordered at the restaurants was great.
