  • Wedding planned for several months and booked the Chapel of the Flowers, which pretty much advertised. But their coordinators, very not liked, they changed (three months there were three of them) and as a result, a month before the wedding I decided to look for another place. Accidentally saw a photo of the chapel at Treasure Island Hotel, they had the right freely to us and we decided that our wedding would be there. And it was magical! Starting with the Coordinator, who was just a few minutes. Thank you Kris DagDag! Everything went very nicely! The Chapel is small, they have two halls. Before registering, we spent a few minutes in a separate room, brought myself up, drank champagne. To us came the Minister and photographer. I am very worried about the photo because it was another reason for the replacement of the Chapel, the first I disliked what did photographers. The ceremony lasted for about 10 minutes, but it seemed that we're not in a hurry, our music, emotional words of the Minister, the pictures after the ceremony. The next day we chose the photo, eventually bought the entire set, a little bargaining. The photos are very beautiful. They are worth the money they ask for. The wedding was exactly the kind of which I dreamed. Professionalism, these people are very pleased.

  • We had a beautiful wedding at TI. Kriza did an amazing job helping us organize it all. She was very easy to contact and responsive, and made everything easy for us. Pastor Michael Willis gave us a wonderful and personal service. Everything went very smoothly and they were very flexible for us. The photography session with Mary was also great and Lori was super helpful in helping us choose a photography package that suited our needs. The DVD of the wedding was very nice as well.
  • I LOVED IT ME AND MY HUSBAND GOT MARRIED THERE JULY 11 2015 !!!! The wedding and all the details where seamless and on point my planner was very attentive and sensitive to my husbands and my needs we had 45+people that had flew in from Texas California Tennessee Arkansas and Atlanta so u can only imagine the stress of just family alone especially with it being a destination wedding . I can honestly say our wedding was stress free, I was stress free and EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT!!!! Thank u thank u thank u...PS.i would totally do it again
  • We had never been to Treasure Island but it came recommended from friends. Turns out it was one of the more reasonably priced weddings we could hold right on the strip. Immediately upon contacting TI, I was taken care of by a team of professionals to make sure every detail I wanted was handled. Misha and Bianca from the chapel, along with Jaime from catering, were AMAZING! This is a chapel that might put on as many as 15-20 weddings in one day, and I never ever once felt like a number. Every time I spoke to them I felt like I was the only bride they were working with. We brought in about 35 guests to our reception, and had a buffet style meal catered. I was most nervous about the food, but this was probably the best part! Everything was fresh, and beautiful and tasty. Additionally the staff serving us were amazing. It was worth every penny and then some! The Cashman Photographer was excellent, and he took a lot of pictures. They will get you in to order pictures typically the day after your wedding. Be prepared to be shocked at the cost of copies and enlargements! We were also able to work out a great group rate for our rooms, and the rooms at TI are not anything fancy or special, but they are nice and clean. We were particularly satisfied with our housekeeping lady. She was so kind in meeting our needs and coming back exactly when we asked her to.
  • I took my family to Treasure Island expecting to have an amazing trip. BOY WAS I DISAPPOINTED! My fiance and I like to gamble. We spend quite a bit each year in local casinos and spent time in Treasure Island last summer. We are used to great customer service based on how much we spend in casinos. We thought that coming back this summer to actually stay in the hotel would be great. The customer service from the time we pulled up in front of the hotel was awful. First the bell man wanted me to tip him twice for unloading my luggage, then we were told that we had to pay a resort fee to use the pool, which was not true, you only have to pay the resort fee if you are going to use the spa, which we had no interest in, oh and when we did finally get to the pool someone vomited in it and and closed it down for several hours and the casino kept us waiting telling us it would only be a few more minutes. Also, for those of you who are part of players clubs and know about comps, don't go to Treasure Island. All I can tell you is I spent more on this trip gambling than I did last year, but there was no comps at all. The food was outrageously expensive, the waitresses by the pool completely ignored me and my mother, and would only serve the young good looking men. The reason we had wanted to stay there is because in 2014 I am getting married and wanted to get married at Treasure Island. But based on the service I received during my last stay, they lost my wedding business!
  • We checked out after being there less than 3 hours. After a 10 hour flight I arrived at the casino with the expectations of getting a bite to eat. We went to their outdoor patio for their restaurant and stood around for 10 minutes and nobody came by to seat us. We then went inside to the restaurant and waited another 10 minutes and a host/hostess never came to seat us. I then walked into the restaurant and asked the first person I could find if they were open. The lady said yes and you're going to have to get back in line. A group left the restaurant while we were waiting and told us to go somewhere else. They had waited an hour for their food and the Health Department had also been there. They said it was an awful experience and to go somewhere else. They then double charged us for our room and when I went to speak to customer service about both issues they didn't care at all. The tact on the restaurant was "Well we don't manage that." I asked to cancel our reservations and they said we'll have to charge you. I told them I would dispute it and they said that's fine we still have to charge you. So they charged me 60.00 to stay at their dump for 3 hours. We went over to the Mirage which was 10x times better. I have reached out to their customer service through numerous channels and they just ignore. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
