The Mirage, Las Vegas

3.7
#18 of 69 in Casinos in Las Vegas
In keeping with the Polynesian theme prevalent throughout the rest of the hotel, The Mirage offers rows and rows of casino games and slot machines placed among lush palm trees and exotic flora. The casino offers many table games, such as blackjack, ultimate Texas hold 'em, and Mississippi stud. The casino is a bit smaller compared to its neighboring counterparts, offering a less overwhelming and more intimate experience. • Our first 2 days, playing table games, it was like they were just giving money away! I like Texas Holdem and High card flush. Twice the dealers made errors, but the floor supervisors made it right.....  more »
  • Gambling at the Mirage was a pleasant experience. Their Sportsbook was quite large. The Dealers at the tables all had a good sense of humor.  more »

  • To begin with, the online check-in/out is fast and efficient and you can skip the big lines. Staff is really friendly. Prime location, close to everything! Good option for those who don’t want to drive! The room is spacious and clean! In my opinion the only thing that could be bigger is the bathroom! My room had a nice view of the pool and a little bit of the strip and I could even see the dolphins from the hotel paid attraction. Pool is really nice and has a good size however if you want to get a chair you’ll need to get there earlier, no later than 10 am. Drinks by the pool are delicious but a little overpriced. Overall great experience and I recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to Vegas!
  • Clean rooms. Lots of restaurant options. A nice pool. The casino floor was nice. The sports book area, while dated, was also nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I do wish there was additional security for the pool and on the elevators to prevent non-hotel guests from gaining access.
  • I haven't been to Vegas in awhile and my wife and I took a trip and stayed at the Mirage. The staff were very nice and were attentive to our needs and ensured we had a nice stay. Our room was clean but you could tell it was older and needed some TLC. The bathroom was really clean so that was awesome! I can't really compare the hotel to any other hotels on the strip because we haven't stayed anywhere but the Mirage. I would recommend it!
  • Clean room, but kinda small. The resort overall is clean and very nice to stay at. A bit of a hike from the lobby to the rooms, but other than that a nice place to stay overall. Decent variety of slots and table games, though minimums are a bit higher due to the status of the hotel on the strip. Great breakfast buffet and decent food options all around.
  • A bit older so showing some signs of it's age. Very clean, quite nice. Check in was very slow and mobile check in was not staffed. Staff has been excellent, service in shops and restaurants has been good. I would like to see improved technology in the rooms. More charging as well as electronic rather that paper navigation of the amenities. Overall, very nice and a good experience.
