Dine with a view at Stratosphere Tower, the signature attraction of one of the most popular hotels and casinos in Las Vegas. The tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States, the structure reaches a height of 350 m (1,150 ft). The top of the tower offers 360-degree views of the city, perhaps best appreciated at night, when thousands of lights illuminate the famous Strip. Unless you crave a good dose of adrenaline, provided by the tower's two roller coasters and a controlled free-fall attraction, enjoy the panoramic views over a gourmet dinner and cocktails served by the tower's award-winning restaurant. See Stratosphere Tower and all Las Vegas has to offer by arranging your trip with our Las Vegas travel planner.

  • The rooms were mostly clean, the beds were cool and comfortable. The complimentary soaps and shampoos were terrible on my skin and hair, I don't recommend using them. Service was excellent, all the staff were friendly and accommodating, I have ZERO complaints on staff. They deserve a raise for what they have to deal with... My biggest complaint is against corporate, that the main feature of this hotel is not free to hotel guests who are already paying a $35 per night resort fee. I expected to have to pay extra to ride the rides but not to access that entire top area. Yes, it's $20 to ride the elevator to the top, a fact conveniently left off their website. After 2 days there, I was notified by text that it was $5 for hotel guests. I'd recommend to those on a tight budget, because for what I paid, it was pretty good. If you're looking for flat out luxury and decadence, this isn't the place. But if you want a clean, comfortable, secure room to relax after a day of walking the Strip in 100° heat, I would recommend for that. Oh, and I didn't try out the pools, but they have two, one for everyone (only open 10-5) and a top-optional, 21+ pool that's open 24 hours a day.
  • Absolutely poor customer service in the hotel. Everyone but one person was super rude, and then we went to the pool, the girls selling skipped us every time, they seemed to be only interested in the older men around, I believe to get a bigger tip. I was forced to go all the way to the other end to the cafe and was told rudely I couldn’t buy anything because my toddler was with me. I was NOT trying to sit there, I was just wanting to buy some stuff for us and come back to our chairs. How exactly am I supposed to buy anything if there is NO service and I can’t walk up and buy either? The girl in charge of the towels was rude as well. She was sitting in the back ignoring everyone, when I called for her to come to the front she rolled her eyes, walked up and slammed 2 towels and IMMEDIATELY turned away even tho I requested 4 for us. I called her again and she again and rolled her eyes and gave me just one more and quickly went back to the back to be on her phone again. I have no problem with them entertaining themselves while they have no guests requiring their help, but once they are, you can’t get an attitude they are asking for help. This was an absolutely ridiculous waste of money. Not worth it at all, I’m talking to management about finishing our stay early and getting refunded because we are NOT dealing with this foolishness any more. We have been here 4 days so far and they have been anything but pleasant at the hotel and we had 5 more, but no thanks. We are over this.
  • Liked the view from atop. The bungee jump thing looked cool but it was more guided vs. what a thrill seeker may find to be worth it. The gift shop inside the sky pod area has some cute gifts and I liked the sofa seating area so you can hang out and watch the sunset. I didn’t do the spin ride but that one looked nauseating when being up close and watching others spin on it. I really enjoyed the casino near it and it has to be my favorite so far in Vegas after going to at least 4 others.
  • Check in was good. Man at desk was super nice and upgraded my room.fast check in. Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Casino was good. won some money during the stay. Service from waitresses was not good. It was affordable and room was super clean. Good view of the strip! Def recommend!
  • I accidentally booked a room on memorial weekend so perhaps that was my bad, but after a very nice night with my girl we went to the Strat Hotel to check into my room at 11 PM. There was a crazy line for check in. It legit took us 1.5 to 2 hours of standing in a line before we got to check into our room. I thought for sure that when I got to the front they would offer us a free room or... SOMETHING. Nope. I even asked what they could offer us cause my girl had to nap in the casino while we were waiting in line it was so long. They told us that they were understaffed for the night shift and could not offer us anything. Not only that, but then I had to pay a $25 "resort fee" to get my room key even though I already booked and paid for the whole thing online beforehand. So no reimbursement of any sort plus a hidden fee. We get to the room and it was hot all night. It never got cold, only mildly less than room temperature. We woke up due to the heat and lack of blackout curtains. In the morning I went to the front desk and asked if they could hook us up with a free late checkout, and they did which was cool of them. However, I paid over $150 total for this room and expected it to be the cherry on top of the end of my date night and it easily turned out to be the worst part of my entire Las Vegas experience. This review is the only thing I can do.
