  • The highlight of the stay was the large cockroach found on our bathroom floor. It took them 2 calls and 45 minutes to take care of said cockroach. Once someone did arrive, they swept it out and left, ...  read more »
  • Booked hotel through Hot wire for $36 + $17 resort fee. This isn't my first time in Vegas or my first time staying at a cheaper hotel, so I wasn't under any illusions on the type of hotel I'd get for ...  read more »
  • More locals playing (specially in the poker tables). The room was nice but the bathroom kinda looked old and the shower didn't work quite well. To go to the pool if you have to go outside and go aroun...  read more »
  • The rooms were clean, service was good, and bowling alley was even very nice. There are a lot of restaurants inside the casino. It seems there are mostly locals at this casino. The specials at the cafe was great although it was not speedy service. Friends said the buffet was terrible so I didn't try it. The casino looked clean and did not have an overwhelming smell of smoke. The movie theater was very nice as well. Only downside is that it is about a $20 Uber ride to the strip one way. Overall i enjoyed the stay. I would recommend staying here over some of the casinos on the strip for the price and cleanliness.
  • This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. This is your warning DO NOT GO TO GRAND CAFE. Had a party of 4 order 2 ham steaks, 1 medium burger and a chicken fried steak. 25 minutes after we ordered we finally got our COLD food, and when I mean cold I mean cold to touch. Burger was a hockey puck and the cold food was not limited to one plate. When we asked for the manager we sat and waited for him to come over tell us he was comping our food and hoped we were satisfied. Maybe if I actually got the food I came her to have instead of leaving hungry. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Sante Fe station has gone down hill in their customer service department. Not that it matters but when I approached another employee about the issue she agreed with me saying that nobody says anything so they get away with it. SHAME ON YOU STATION CASINOS. This is not a way to treat any guest on any property.
  • This is definitely a gem in the rough when it comes to casinos in Las Vegas. I highly recommend going on their swing and night shifts. The service is incredibly friendly and on point when it comes to their table gaming pit. The dealers are friendly and helpful. The pit bosses are all friendly, and strive to offer their clients the best possible comps and gaming experience possible. The cocktail waitresses are fast. As for the games itself, Santa Fe offers some of the best table games odds in the Vegas area. The night shift servers at the Cafe are excellent; some of the best and friendliest service you can find at ANY restaurant. They greet their regulars with big smiles and hugs. They take time out to stop to talk to non-regulars in an effort to get to know them, without sacrificing timing and service to the other tables. The food is delicious and you always get it quick and to your request. If you are willing to take an Uber to the far northwest of the Vegas metropolitan area from the strip for some chill, local Vegas fun, you won't be disappointed.
  • Service is usually unsatisfactory. The whole casino reaks of cigarette smoke. My family and I went for the buffet, and it took 30 minutes just to get seated when there were numerous tables open. Everyone was extremely rude, and half of the stations weren't open even 10 minutes after 11. 11 o'clock being station opening time. I was very displeased. For the money, I would recommend a different buffet. Station casinos continue their descent into garbage service and zero quality in their food. Its clear to see they are only interested in making money, and not customer satisfaction.
  • Went for the breakfast buffet. The service was OK and so was the food. The price was very good for the quantity and quality. I wish there was more selection. The casino was clean and very nice and helpful employees work there. I recommend this place if you're in the area.
