  • I have been going in the red rock casino for several years now and I can't say enough great things about the staff here! Whether its a dealer, pit boss, restroom attendant, cashier, sports book employee, waitress or anyone that you encounter, you will receive outstanding service! The atmosphere created here by the staff makes customers feel like they are at home. The people here take the time to say hello and actually care if you need assistance without any alterior motives. It is unfortunate though that more players don't tip while they gamble because these dealers are right on.The casino offers lots of activities to do, contains great food and drinks, and has an excellent sports book. Whether you are staying at the casino or just gambling and partying, I guarantee you will have a fun time and encounter some really great employees. Thanks red rock for always making my experiences good ones! Disco Nate
  • Nice on the surface, but otherwise not a good value for your money. Rooms are SUPER noisy. You can hear everything in the hallway and the room next to you. Grand Cafe restaurant wasn't very good. Pool was very nice, and pretty much the reason I stayed here, however there were a lot of little kids running around and, of course, little kids are noisy and like to splash around. It would have been nice if they had a designated family area at the pool to make for a better experience for both families and for those looking to relax. Shuttle is also a nice feature, but the last run back to the hotel is really early (like 10:30pm I think) and I had a ~$30 uber back both nights. I knew that would be the case ahead of time and was okay with that, but I think it should be noted. The bed is comfy and the room looks and feels luxurious, but for all the other cons I mentioned, it's not worth it.
  • Bathtub had pubes and slime in it, and I had to run the tub twice to clean it all out. The maid woke me up knocking on my door. Do not disturb must be too hard a sentence to understand. Hotel desk tried to casually upcharge me into a suite, glossing over the $150 extra cost like it's nothing. So far off the strip there's nothing else to do here, and the casino itself is filled with geriatrics and mid-life crises, not very friendly to a single young man. They don't comp drinks at the bar. The list of complaints goes on. Just don't stay here. I can bet you the casino runs some promotion where their staff gets free buffets or something to write good reviews, because just read the friggin positive reviews! They are all over-the-top made-up directly-advertising-the-hotel fluff.
  • Redrock has always been a favorite place of mine in Summerlin but stay away from the new Mexican restaurant Libre. Although the outside seating and the vibe was cool the food sucked and did not seem authentic.
  • We went to the Feast Buffet. We had coupon 2 for 1. Wow, let me tell you, it was delicious and lots of choices. I will definitely recommend not only the Buffet but the whole casino. There is so much to do and they have child care. Go see for yourself, you will not regret it. H.
