  • Walked through the casino and shops and stores inside. A must see and you will not be disappointed. N ext time must go up the tower.
  • We enjoyed spending time at the casino and eating here. It feels less upscale than other hotels and lobbies but it does have a European feel.
  • This hotel is starting to show its age. They did not inform us our water would be off in the mornings for the 3 days we stayed there.

  • Overall, Paris was a great location to stay while we were in Vegas. The room could have done with a bit more cleaning, as we found a used ash tray underneath our bed (in a non-smoking room) right before we left. Other than that, the room was well furnished and fairly clean. The casino was great to hang out in at the end of the evening, and the location worked well as we usually stayed close to the center of the strip. The shops attached to the casino were nice, and the restaurants were fantastic. For the price we paid (booked during their summer sale) Paris was perfect.
  • Great French-themed hotel in Vegas. The French Buffet in the hotel has amazing food and desserts. Really liked the macaroons. The buffet line can be really long. We had to wait about 1 hour in line for food. Have drinks in the line to make the time go by faster. The Eiffel tower experience was nice view of Vegas but beware it's open air up there. When we went up in December 2015 it was super cold after we got out the elevator. The rooms could use some updates to it but otherwise clean and comfortable.
  • Went here for breakfast buffet. I really love the setting at Paris Las Vegas - fake French village with a painted sky! It's kitsch as hell but so is all of Vegas so I'm glad they're not ashamed of it. The buffet aims for the same feel, and the more enclosed space with no slot machines makes it even more charming. The buffet is not exceptional compared to some of the other buffets in Vegas but it's perfectly acceptable - very good for the price (most of the better buffets I've seen have been at least 50% higher price if not double) and has a great crêpe station. Overall I would strongly recommend it for a visit, even just to see how they have set out the place it's well worth the money.
  • Literally went in to get drinks at the bar. Ordered an Old Fashioned and a dirty gin Martini. The martini tasted...off. Not sure if it just didn't have the right amount of brine or if the gin/vermouth ratio was wrong. The Old Fashioned tasted great. My biggest problem was that - even considering what I got and where I got it from - the prices seemed extravagant. The bartender was great, though. Very polite and professional.
  • After having a conversation with a staff member in regards to my original one star post, I found out that it was not the hotel, but the convention itself that I attended that needed work. And heavens do they ever. Calling me alone was nice of them to do, seeing as I never expected to get a call from them. I am glad they read these things. Fact is, the staff member treated me with respect, and is willing to go the extra mile in terms of fixing the problems of an event they had to deal with. Thank you. :) Thank you for making what I feel now to be the best customer service I ever got. Thank you! :)
