Where to stay in Las Vegas

Most Las Vegas hotels increase their room rates on the weekends, so if you have a flexible schedule, avoid Fridays and Saturdays and take advantage of package deals that include shows, meals, and gambling coupons. Remember also that if you stay at any one of the lively casino hotels, you may not be able to get a good night's sleep for the duration of your trip. If you come to Vegas to stay but not necessarily play, try one of the non-gaming hotels or explore the quieter areas surrounding the city.

  • The resort fee per day is $32.88. I just called customer service to ask that one day be removed for my having to move 3 times by the pool because of the cigar smoke. I was told cigar smoke is allowed ...  more »

  • Had dinner Gordon Ramsay Steak, they were all booked up for the evening but we were lucky enough to find a table for 2 in the lounge/bar area. The full menu was available there as well. The food was delicious which I wasn't surprised. I ordered the famous beef wellington and my girlfriend ordered the shellfish platter. They were even able to steam the king crab legs for her instead of serving them cold as part of the platter. Will definitely come back.
  • This is always one of my favorite hotels in Vegas. If I had to say the one thing that stands out (besides the Eiffel tower) above the rest would be they have some of the best (budget wise) shopping. They have some high dollar shopping, but it is really good over all. The atmosphere is really cool and definitely has a France feel to it and you definitely feel a little more upper class while being inside this hotel.
  • It is very relaxing here. The clientele is classy but not stuffy. Casino is busy but not to where you can't get a table. Dealers are friendly and waitresses are very nice. The ambiance is beautiful. I can just sit for hours looking around or go walk around and feel safe. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Win or lose we always have a good time here.
  • I went to Gordon Ramsey Steak for dinner. The front desk was polite and helpful. The staff within was wonderful, anticipating and providing for every need. The food was some of the best I've ever experienced through a life of quality cuisine. I can't recommend the place enough.
  • Happy with our mid week stay. Was an older room (they have been updating for a year now) with a tower view. $38/night can't be beat. All in all its just a hotel room. Clean and comfortable. I suggest the crepes downstairs. Best crepes I've had outside of a Paris street vendor.
