  • Had an amazing Spa day and stay at Treasure island. It is in the center of the strip and close to shopping and dining areas. The room was clean and restful. The hotel staff was professional and...  more »
  • Okay, I only visited the spa to purchase the products that were in my hotel room. I often think about buying the products, but this is the first time I ever did it. The shampoo, conditioner, body...  more »
  • Found a groupon deal. The spa was great, the staff was awesome. Massage with Pierre was just what I needed from dealing with a week of conferences. The jacuzzi and refreshments were a great moment....  more »

  • This place is definitely a high class. I came here not for the massage, but paid an extra $17.00 to use their spa facility. This place is top notch. Clean facility and everything in working order. Clean lockers with robes (disclaimer they have is they'll charge you $125 if you try to steal it). Separate men and women facility and once you enter , the attendee will get you a new pair of slippers to use and show you the way. The shower stalls are nice and clean with plenty of towels. Shower has powerful head and plenty of hot water. Their sauna is nice and can accommodate 10 or so. Good temperature but more on the medium hot side. A side door leads to a small cold shower area. Location has dual Jacuzzi and the temperature is medium hot. Good powerful jets. The steam room is a slow cooker; so you'll need to spend some time to get sweat. Their relaxation facility is nice with TVs and comfortable psychologist type chairs. They provide unlimited juices, water, coffee, pretzel mixes and there's also a fruit basket. One downside is their operating hours are on the skinny side opening at 7AM hours and closes at 8PM ; for a city that never sleeps you would expect they open to at least 10 or midnight.
  • Bad first, then the good: THIS IS THE ONLY SPA IN VEGAS THAT LITERALLY CHARGES THE MASSAGE THERAPISTS FOR THE COST OF THE LINEN SERVICES. WHAT IS THAT!? They don't make hourly wage nor salary. They are strictly on commission and out of the TINY percentage they get from the service performed, Oleksandra Ruffin takes 16% of THAT to cover linen. She does not care about the staff in any sense and why people even work there is surprising to me but there's also another thing going on.... THEY MAKE THEIR THERAPISTS THINK THAT THERE'S NO BETTER PLACE FOR THEM TO WORK. Extremely manipulative mgmt. Director is unprofessional and pits staff against each other, promotes favoritism/cliques, has lobster dinners in her office with mgmt while the spa is dead and no one is making enough to cover the cheapest rent. She also owns the sand dollar bar (in case you want to boycott, instead of reward, bad behavior). IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT A JOB HERE RUN FAR THE EFF AWAY. DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED. IF THE OWNERS (PHIL AND OLEKSANDRA) LIKE YOUR WORK THEY ABUSE YOUR SERVICES AND MANIPULATE YOU INTO WORKING AT THEIR HOUSE TOO. they will pull people that have worked an entire shift from the hotel and tell them to do work on or in their house, including making dinner, fixing their ac units, and spa treatments. They will SOMETIMES pay in cash but for the people they've used the longest... no pay because "we're friends now". If the Ruffins are reading this: No one there is your friend. No one there likes you. They are too afraid to say no to you because they fear losing their average paying jobs. They all talk badly of you and rightfully so. How you run things is immoral and just shy of illegal. This isn't Soviet Russia and one day you will get class-actioned for your questionable business practices. Now for the good: the facility is pretty and the abused technicians are nice.
  • Had an amazing leg massage manicure & pedicure feet felt awesome after friendly staff recommend this for your poor feet
  • Excellent fitness center. Very well equipped, clean, free cold water in the gym. Not busy at any time, even during the SAP TrchEf conference, when all the Teutonic muscles descend upon Vegas.
  • The whole spa is separated Male and female, which defeted the whole purpose of my trip with my husband.
