  • This is, of course, one of the larger casinos on the Strip and is always busy and crowded. We used to gamble here quite a bit but the past couple of years there has a been a decline in cleanliness. Th...  read more »

  • Pretty good rooms, standard casino floor, solid pool area, average Vegas experience. Some of the best restaurants in the city are inside the MGM. The check in experience can be an absolute nightmare. You can easily have an hour plus wait to check in. They need a second checking facility somewhere it's just un acceptable. If I'd rated while there if have given 1 or 2 stars just because the check in was such a nightmare.
  • Great resort with lots of options for everyone. As long as you have the money, mgm has the amenity and attraction for you. Checking in here is one of the most difficult things in the world and will test your patience! They have a great pool area but be warned that it's first come first serve here. The resort is expansive so get your walking shoes prepared as well. Parking and resort fees are tacked on to your bill if you are a hotel guest, so be forewarned too!
  • My girlfriend and i had an amazing time. Front desk, room service, and ground employees were all helpful! Pool was amazing and the lazy river was so nice! Ill be coming back for sure!
  • Nice place to stay. Breathe taking as soon as you walk into the lobby. Hotel security let us down when someone walked into our room and grabbed one of our luggage bags and started to walk out. I had to stop him. Called security. When security got him they turned around and released him back into the hotel to retrieve some more things of his.? I am as lost as you. What were they thinking. The wife and I only found this out because we stopped to get some answers at the front desk.
  • Check in was not a great experience at this hotel. There was a rude man directing guests to the next open agent that was annoying and condescending. Needed more staff to handle the amount of guests checking in and out. No turn down service available. We stayed in the new area, the King Tower and it was very nice, comfortable bed with a nice city view. No cigarette smoke smell in the room which we appreciated. Drinks in the hotel casino lacked consistency in quality.
