  • I visited at the end of June. Nothing but hot under the scorching 40 degree only. But can stand up and go in the shade truly deserts of humidity is low because somehow, but did not for a long time in the Sun. The shop was very good. So many things are much cheaper, could be purchased. It may have had more to buy if you like temperatures weren't.

  • Although there were many sales going on at this mall in July, the merchandise seemed kind of picked over. I was looking forward to the Dooney and Bourke outlet. I was disappointed. They seemed to just...  more »
  • We were told this was the best mall for shopping so we went twice. Around $20 dollars in taxi from Mirage hotel. Around 10-15 minutes, depends on time of day and traffic. Cheesecake Factory on site wh...  more »

  • This outlet is better than the bay area shops especially when it comes to being organize and cleanliness. Janitor and security are seen every ten minutes or so. Self parking garage has no glass debris seen on any level CCTV could be deterrent. Best time to come is during weekdays when people are still at work. Now I can't say that for the food as it's pretty much fast food nothing gourmet. Bottom line is there's something for everyone even if you window shop.
  • We searched for reviews to decide whether to go to North outlet or the South and couldn't find anyone with a firmed opinion so we went to both and we liked the South better. Prices are exactly the same. Store collections are also the same. The benefits of the South outlet is that it is indoors and you also have lots more places to grab a snack, have lunch, get a something to drink for much better prices. So, after being in both we definitely recommend the South outlet.
  • I love this outlet more than the Premium South outlet and Fashion Show mall for a few reasons. This outlet has a lot more brand name stores and you can find some things that are highly discounted. And, this outlet is closer to the strip than the South outlet. If you have to choose one place to shop in Vegas, I would choose Premium north outlets. Just try to go early in the morning or later in the day when it isn't so hot as it's an outdoor shopping center.
  • Actual outlet stores! So much to choose from. Good restaurants. All stores were well staffed and clean. It was incredibly hot when we went but there was plenty of shady seating and misters to cool you down along your walk. Will definitely bring more $$$ with me next time and make a special trip just to shop.
  • A lot of great stores at discounted prices. However, the month of July with temps over 115 degrees is way to hot to shop. I would wait for fall, spring or winter but definitely not summer in Nevada. It's very clean and I noticed pets on leashes and a lot of comfortable places to sit down for a bit and enjoy the view.

Where to stay in Las Vegas

Most Las Vegas hotels increase their room rates on the weekends, so if you have a flexible schedule, avoid Fridays and Saturdays and take advantage of package deals that include shows, meals, and gambling coupons. Remember also that if you stay at any one of the lively casino hotels, you may not be able to get a good night's sleep for the duration of your trip. If you come to Vegas to stay but not necessarily play, try one of the non-gaming hotels or explore the quieter areas surrounding the city.
