  • When you do a show at the Convention Center next to the went to the Hilton Casino for a break. Small and old is the old Casino, machine, was last.

  • When go to exhibitions at the Convention Center next door, as a break often go to the Hilton Casino. Very big Casino is not too old or is made of large, relatively empty, so the rest of the exhibition beforehand, the Casino is just good rest facilities.

  • This is an older Hilton, however, it is a Hilton.... We stayed in a suite, 2008. Very sexy upscale room. The Italian restaurant has the best Osso Bucco, ordered it twice. Traveled to Las Vegas from Ca...  more »

  • Poor customer service all around. Took 45 minutes to get parking validated just to leave after using express checkout since not one of the employees I asked knew where I had to go. Had leak on the sink and no one came to fix it after we reported it. Manager didn't care when I complained. Rooms were nice and reasonably priced.
  • I recently visited the Westgate for the SEMA show. While I didn't stay at the hotel during this visit, I have been here many times in the past for tournaments. The hotel and convention center are always clean and we'll maintained. The employees are very nice and always ready to help with any needs you may have. We always especially enjoy the different restaurant options available to us, which we visit despite not staying there this visit.b overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of coming to Vegas.
  • The facility is worn but the staff was friendly at check-in. Unfortunately, you get accosted by sales people walking the hall to the elevators. We were also charged a $33/day "resort fee" that was not disclosed to us at check-in. When the check-out clerk informed us of this I asked to know when we had acknowledged this fee and was just told "everyone has to pay it". The pool was closed during our visit, we were not given wifi access information and we were told by spa staff it cost $10/person to use the steam room. So what was the fee for? The staff inside the shops were very friendly and the fitness center was nice but the whole experience could have been greatly improved with more transparency and fewer attempts to get us to attend time-share presentations.
  • I came for a Sunday morning of football. The newly renovated sports book, looks great! The seating has left a lot to be desired, the atmosphere is good. The food situation is bad. One small deli that serves hot dogs, a steak sub, and not wings. Pretty limited faire with his lines. They need to fix that, add bleacher like stadium seating and I'd never go to another sports book again.
  • Rooms were decent. They told me they have recently renovated these rooms but they are already showing some signs of aging. Spa didn't work for the couple of days we were here but the pool was nice. It's about 10 minutes from the strip and uber charges about 8 dollars each way, just something to keep in mind. Make sure you understand the resort fees ( which is the case for most properties in Vegas)
