  • Attended a smaller sized conference here. This resort offers all the highlights of Las Vegas, but away from The Strip. Great food, reasonable table limits, friendly staff, and awesome facilities. I wo...  read more »
  • We have used the spa services on earlier visits - this time we just relaxed by the pool. Front desk reception very welcoming - actual spa concierge could use some training. Currently under renovation ...  read more »
  • The hotel is beautiful, off the strip but the smell of sewer gas assaults you. Upon booking I asked for a room away feom the elevator. When I arrived at my room it was next to the vending/ice machine ...  read more »
  • This place *ought to* be really nice. The landscaping is lovely. The rooms are spacious. But... the place was not maintained well. We had a large, 2-BR suite. My keys didn't work (and I got 2, anticipating problems). Now, in an ordinary hotel, this is annoying but not tragic. However, I arrived after midnight (clearly not their fault) and we were in the "other building" so the front desk is a 5-minute hike away! And since I was driven there, I had no idea how to get back to the desk... I did finally get into the room, since one of the keys would kind-of work if you jiggled it just right, but it took me 10 minutes. I turned on a lamp, which promptly shorted out, shooting sparks everywhere! Eeeeek! I unplugged that and sat it outside for the bellman who was bringing my new keys to take away. The bathroom is huge, with a large window placed so that you must walk in front of it to get from the toilet or shower to the sink. The shade for said window did not work, so I was exposed to anyone who might be outside and in view. There was hair in the shower. The shower had 2 heads, one regular, one rainfall. The rainfall one leaked on my head the whole time and could not be shut off. The screws holding the shower faucets onto the wall fell out in my hand. There are few outlets and the ones there are are inconveniently located. The phone in the room stopped working. We were there for a meeting dependent on internet, and the wifi went out for a couple of hours. Later, when we needed to have equipment picked up, the arrivals staff was rude and unhelpful. And so on... To be fair, the bed was comfortable, and having a ceiling fan was nice. But generally I was underwhelmed.
  • The best!!! Anthony Director of rooms and operations is one of Marriotts Best. Monika and Sonia in the Breakfast Buffett lounge are truly genuine and a joy to see everytime. No hotel is perfect but Anthony is quick to solve problems or issues if there are any. Juat a great place for young kids. The pool is just incredible and my kids love the waterfall. I would suggest an update of weight equipment in the Spa area but im sure its coming.
  • We loved the pool area. The spa was awesome. The room was cosy and clean. Huge bathrooms. Gorgeous view of the gardens and pond filled koy fish.
  • The Lobby not up to JW standards by any means. Resort tower was nice, clean. The total downside to this property is how spread out it is. I would give it another try. Was not there long enough to give a full review
  • A beautiful hotel with stunning views and well kept grounds surrounding it. Picturesque fountains and ponds, gorgeous room, comfortable beds, beautiful views from hotel room. This is one of the best hotels in Las Vegas.
