High Roller, Las Vegas
(4.5/5 based on 11,000+ reviews on the web)
Towering over 158 m (520 ft) above the Las Vegas Strip stands High Roller. As one of the world’s tallest observation wheels, it offers one of the most impressive views of the city. A ride in one of the air-conditioned pods takes around 30 minutes and is accompanied by audio commentary. You also have the opportunity to include an open bar inside your cabin. Rides during the day are considerably cheaper. However, riding at night is very popular as passengers can enjoy a 360-degree panorama of the city lights. Using our world travel planner, Las Vegas attractions like High Roller can form part of a personalized travel itinerary.

  • A beautiful way to see the Vegas strip, try to get a coupon from one of the magazines or go play some money in the casino and won a free ticket
  • Even if you're afraid of heights, give this a try. Each cabin is so big, it's not like a Ferris wheel. The view is amazing and lots of fun. We were fortunate to have our own cabin.
  • If you're planning to ride the High Roller, ride at night. The view is spectacular. I did not take the open bar option, though that is available. The ride lasts half an hour, and it's definitely worth...  more »

  • So much fun and well with the money. We got tickets online for $47 a person and definitely drank more than $47 worth of alcohol while on it! They have a good selection of alcohol, and it wasn't cheap stuff. I was drinking Skyy vodka. Our bartender kept making different shots also. We got lucky, and our group pretty much had a whole pod to ourselves - only 8 people on it total around 9:00pm on a Saturday night. I would definitely wait to go until it's dark out! And we will be going every time we come to Vegas.
  • The High Roller was a fun little stop and a great place to get an awesome view of the city. The car you ride in is big and spacious but if it was packed with the limit of 25/30 people it might get a little annoying. The thing moves so slow it won't scare anyone and it doesn't rock or tilt at all, it's very smooth. The in ride video guide is funny but make sure you like the people you go with bc their isn't anything to do other then look and talk to who you are with.
  • Really cool experience. A bit pricey but worth it compared to Vegas experiences. 30 minutes to make the entire trip around and you get to see Vegas at heights above everything else, even the Paris Eiffel tower. They have an all you drink pod for an additional price but how much could you really drink in 30 minutes? Only one way to find out.
  • Great fun experience for the whole family. We had a whole pod to ourselves which was lucky, and paid a reduced rate of only $15 per person. Great views for miles can be enjoyed, you can see the whole strip, the desert and beyond. This is a must when you are in Vegas. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
  • I got dragged into this experience by a friend and was pleasantly surprised!! We opted for the all you can drink happy hour cabin and the bartender went out his way to assure we had the opportunity to drink as much as possible. The experience is really enjoyable for the price they offer. I would highly recommend going at night so you can see everything lit up. The rooms are air conditioned and extremely smooth during the 30 minute ride. I would likely do it again in the future with all the deals they offer.
