  • After my friends and I spent a half afternoon in the opposite Hofbräuhaus, read it of course not taking, a visit to the hard rock cafe Casino to make. I was really pleasantly surprised, and I felt the Casino including atmosphere as one of the best. The staff was really friendly and I'm moving surely again this casinos considering a visit, I should go back to Las Vegas.

  • a nice casino. it's a nice walk off the strip, so there are less tourists, and room to move and walk around. They had a decent mix of slots, and lots of tables too. Not too smoky, and the service was ...  more »
  • Las Vegas is a fun place and it is definitely worth seeing the Hard Rock Hotel - but dont gamble - leave your money in your pocket and spend it in Freemont street :O)))  more »

  • A fun, kitschy experience that frequently tries WAY too hard to be edgy and contemporary. Gambling and food are usual high quality for tier 1 Vegas properties. The resort aspect is nice because it's far from the strip, but you pay for that. Bonus? The casino smells good. No smoke stained clothing.
  • The rooms where clean and organized. The staff was friendly and informative and the room service was attentive and respectful of privacy. My only complaint was due to the weather that I did not get to swim in the pool and the couple days that I was staying there. Other than that everything was awesome and I would definitely go back again.
  • Compared to other hotels i walked through on the strip, this was the worst. Room wasn't available when arrived, had to settle for a downgrade which wasn't ready then either. Then when one became available there was still garbage in the room and things were broken. Our replacement room was better and originally what we paid for but TV did not function properly. I would have figured a hotel in Vegas would have been better than the best western in portage WI but I was wrong. Other members in our group were getting checked in by a very rude and unwelcoming man behind the counter. As frustrated as I was with our situation I was very happy he didn't help me as I'm sure I would have had words with him and management. For our first time in Vegas the trip in itself was wonderful but unless I stayed there for free I will never willingly go back to hard rock.
  • Overall this is a great hotel. The casino is big and well equipped. The floor was clean and the staff was friendly. The waitresses could stand to actually stop and take an order though. The restaurant and club inside were both clean and fun. The food was pretty good. The only thing I can't review is the rooms as I was only visiting. But my friends and I spent most of our weekend at this casino.
  • Starting to get old and run down. Very small casino. Doesn't have a big variety of gambling options such as machines and table games. Small sports book. The guy at the sports book Jeff geddings was awesome. So helpful and friendly. Gave us great suggestions
