  • I must say very hot indoor racing. We purchased on Groupon for cheaper rates. Had a good time doing indoor racing for the first time.
  • Use a groupon, or it is expensive. Two laps, indoor which was great as it was raining. The laps twisted around the course making for fun competition. Great family activity.
  • Update: I wish the staff had as much professionalism as the General Manager. She reached out to me to help resolve the situation at hand. I will change my rating upon my next visit and give this place another shot hopefully soon. Thank you. My experience was pretty much garbage. The night started off great, before we started racing. The wait was 45 min like what the young lady at the stated when we paid. When I got into my kart, I had gotten the seat insert since my legs are short, I barely made it through one lap. I used my first lap as a warm up lap, driving slowly to get to know the kart. Right after my first lap my karts gas pedal went limp and wouldn't accelerate. It took the worker a bit to get to me but he got me a new kart. I missed out on a few laps. Our second race during the night, my second kart died as well. During the video it said to let faster drivers pass. There was a younger kid who would not move at all!! I tried to pass him for about 4 laps. I had to keep applying my brake because the kid kept swerving in front of me. I tried to pass him over and over and the workers wouldn't do anything about the kid affecting the race for the party I was with. My boyfriend shoved his kart over and finally I was able to pass him. I applied the gas finally and then my karts gas pedal busted. The belt snapped! The first kart was covered in oil, the one that died. They didn't have enough jump suits for shorter people. My clothes got soiled but I expected it. The young gentleman that my boyfriend was speaking to about two karts dying on my said "As ling as you can get to finish the last lap there is no refund and I don't know... I don't think they give free races. I don't know what they do here." And the workers told me "you need to stop using your brake." I said "the kid needs to get the heck outta the way! I did what the video told me. he did not. " So it is okay for me to ram into people now? So many inconsistencies with this place. To add more. The place is filthy. The unisex restroom I used was disgusting. The toilet seat was covered in someone else's urine. My boyfriend over heard one of the workers tell a customer that Kart 11 gets the most love. That one get serviced often and is the fasted. My seatbelt on my 4th kart was so chewed up and long that it kept getting caught in the moving parts of the kart. I felt my belt pull tighter and tighter and realized what was happening.
  • We go every few weeks. Kids and adults love it. Not for children under 10. I had on sandals. Must have closed toe shoes to ride. They had socks and shoes for me to borrow. Awesome customer service. Friendly staff. Someone 18 and over must sign waiver for younger ones.
  • Terrible customer service. We went today, after buying from Groupon and checking their website. It said that they would close at 11,and reservations weren't needed. However, they said that there was a private event, even though they hadn't posted anything on the website. We had even repeatedly checked the website as well. Additionally, they repeatedly pretended not to understand us, saying "what" over and over. They didn't apologize, either.
  • Going to Fast Lap is like going to a crappy, used sales car dealership while going to Pole Position is like going to a fancy new dealership. In terms of price, they're both pricey and I would recommend looking on Groupon for discounts. In terms of the track and the building, Pole Position is very clean, professional and has A/C. Fast Lap has no A/C, which is terrible during the summer, and the fans weren't working when I went. Fast Lap's track was a little funner for me even though the building is dirty and the excessive heat was painful (I felt sick afterwards). The employees at Fast Lap were unhelpful and forgot to do simple things like putting the gasoline tank cap back on. I asked them to turn the fans yet they didn't figure it out. The biggest pro of Fast Lap is that the karts are gasoline while karts at Pole Position are electric. If you have to race gasoline karts, go to Fast Lap. But also take into account that the karts may perform and feel differently, as it happened to me. If you want a superior experience, go to Pole Position.
  • Fast Lap was a first for me. I have never driven like that. I was surprised at how many people were at Fast Lap. I had never heard about it until our company had a party at Fast Lap. I have been in Vegas for ten years, but Fast Lap was a first for driving those powerful, little engines. Racing around, I had never imagined doing that. Racing is fun. I am a slow driver in his forties, but I felt like a teenager in high school racing around your track. Thank you for the experience. I wish to return soon with my family.
