Downtown Summerlin, one of the premier regional mixed-use development sites in the U.S., will be part of a planned urban core which will serve the entire Las Vegas Valley with over 125 shops and restaurants in an open-air shopping environment. The 106-acre, 1.6 million square foot mixed-use development along the Clark County 215 Beltway is located only 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and Airport. When complete, Downtown Summerlin will include retail, office and entertainment, designed to create a vibrant, walkable downtown in the heart of the affluent 22,500-acre master planned community. With over 100,000 residents today, the ever-increasing population in the Summerlin master planned community is expected to double to 200,000 when completed.

  • I love DTS. Plenty to see and do and the food choices are great. But with the cooler weather I am seeing at least two to three rats per visit and that is not going to work for me. I want nothing more ...  read more »

  • This is an outdoor mall with all the typical American stores. The food is ok, nothing close to what you can get on the strip. There is a farmer's market on Saturday's and that's nice to pick up a few ...  read more »
  • Everything from shopping to great restaurants and snacks. Great to enjoy for the whole family. Movie theaters are here also. AMAZING theaters with a bar inside and seat selection by number. Perfect place to be for any occasion. I actually moved right across the street so I can walk my grand daughter into Downtown Summerlin.
  • Tons of shopping and parking. There are many good restaurants to eat at as well. Not a whole lot of shade in the summer months but all the areas to shop were fairly close together and it has a really nice atmosphere.
  • Love this new addition to the summerlin area. Just wish they would work out a deal with the cell phone companies to get reception towers placed on property. It seems that this is one of the only areas in town where there is no Internet coverage on cell phones.
  • Nice, modern upscale shopping area. Love the dining options here. My favorite is Fogo de Chao. Also there is a good selection of stores. Just be prepared to find higher prices than other local venues. Another favorite of mine is the winter ice skating rink that starts after Thanksgiving each year.
  • Great place to walk around and shop. Great restaurants all around. Sometimes they have special events that are worth going to. If you're planning on spending a lot of time there make sure you check the weather before you go.
