  • This is a smaller Casino just off of Fremont street, but we had wonderful service every time we played there.
  • My family visited this casino after dinner at Triple George Grill. What a nice casino. It was so clean and classy. My brother in law and I played blackjack for about 2 hours with a wonder dealer and a...  more »

  • I stayed here in November of 2015 and I found it to be a nice change of pace from the strip. It is a mere block away from Fremont St. and all the fun down there. Check in was pleasant and easy, and the room was very nice. Clean, and spacious. The only strange thing was that the tub did not come with a shower curtain, and instead had a pane of glass that ran halfways along the edge of the tub. Never seen that before, but it did work fine. The only drawback I found was the self parking, which is across the street from the hotel and in a public lot. Although nothing happened to my vehicle, the elevator for the parking lot looked like something out of Mad Max. It also made for a long walk from your room to your car, as the main casino is in one building and the other rooms are located in another building which is accessed by a walkway above the street. Overall though, a nice place and a place I would stay again.
  • Beautiful property for the area. Management is still learning so every visit is probably going to be a little different while they figure out how to get people in the door. Staff are always eager to please. Players club is always running some crazy promotion so if you see a long line it might be worth checking out. If you're a serious gambler make sure you talk with a host - they're quick to give you a room for the night and tour of the property & amenities.
  • This place is surprisingly nice. The other hotels in the area are really bad, so the Downtown Grand is a breath of modern fresh air. The interior is very clean and the style is luxurious. It's like a downgraded, mini version of the Wynn. For downtown Vegas, this is as good as it gets folks and it's above and beyond the competition.
  • Room went uncleaned 3 full days, even after asking the front desk and maintenance multiple times. Even when they cleaned he room they didn't replace any shampoo and conditioner. When we asked for more, they never showed up... even after asking multiple times again. The pool bar messed up our drinks every order, and ended up comping a few beers after we just decided to leave. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I'm currently still waiting for my shampoo lol Also, no shower doors... so plan on making a watery mess all over the bathroom! They do give you earplugs though... because the noise.
  • Called front desk because room next to me was having a party couldn't sleep. Security knocks on the door and states "the problem isn't really with the music it's good music but with the weed. I can smell it when I get off the elevator." "Try not to smoke so much in the room, smells like some good stuff." Guest yeah it organic. I am staying in the room with my 3 year old daughter and wife and it's like I'm smoking it myself. Go down stairs talk to the security manager Shannon about unprofessionalisom with his officer and told well we have to be nice. Do you want to talk to the hotel manager? I tell the manager I'm not comfortable sleeping with my family in a conjoined room now that these guys know I talked about this with them and they are smoking out my little girl. His response is "what do you want me to do I'm sold out for the night. I can check you out now at no charge" I feel unsafe and you want to send my family out on the street at 2am...? Come on. His response sorry what do you want me to do? Bad bad experience. Last night with them and overshadowed my good trip.
