  • By this time we celebrated my birthday with family. Beautiful and excellent service hotel. We stayed in one of the suites, there were bowling, a bar and a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, were totally impressed with the place. We had a spectacular view, we had a great.

  • Food Court looks good, rest of place unwelcoming. They did have a $5 blackjack game going but table layout = Bizarre. Drinks small. Slots tight. Newer machines with higher minimum bet. Notice the down...  more »
  • My last review said the AYCE buffet was at the Palace Casino. It is at the Palms. Auto correct made this and I didn't catch it before I hit send.  more »

  • Rooms have great views. The three interconnected hotel buildings offer multiple amenities. Contemporary decorations is April with Vegas style. The Cafe service is good, while room service and cleanliness could use some improvement. Most folks will likely need car rental or ride sharing services to move around.
  • Palms is always a great place for the younger crowds! Great atmosphere and plenty to do. Movie theater is awesome. Gaming is good. Plenty to choose from the restaurants for a quick bite or sit and enjoy Vegas style fine dining. It's a great place for visitors who don't want to bother with the Strip. It also encompasses Las Vegas just off of the Strip enough for locals. One of my favorite places!
  • Palms is a very clean and tidy resort. Lots of options for food and drink, bright and energetic decor, and staff id always helpful. I went to the movie theater and they were just recently renovated with reclining seats. Had a great time. I will definitely be back.
  • The palm casino upgrade the buffet. They have better service then before and very good selection of food is kind of comparable 2 aria casino buffet. The servers are very helpful and friendly they come 2 you many times to ask you if you need anything. The service is 5 stars. I recommend.
  • If you think of the more darker side of Las Vegas, this hotel definitely puts off that vibe. It had a club feel but the majority of the patrons I saw were men in their 20s and 30s (or old creepy guys) coming to have a "good time". The female employees were not dressed professionally, again, attracted the kind of men I want to avoid like the plague. The rooms were decent - the full tub was great. The staff were kind to me and the travel group I hosted at this hotel. (Thus the 2 rating as compared to 1.) But I'm sorry, this place puts off the vibe that good people want to avoid - no hiding it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Where to stay in Las Vegas

Most Las Vegas hotels increase their room rates on the weekends, so if you have a flexible schedule, avoid Fridays and Saturdays and take advantage of package deals that include shows, meals, and gambling coupons. Remember also that if you stay at any one of the lively casino hotels, you may not be able to get a good night's sleep for the duration of your trip. If you come to Vegas to stay but not necessarily play, try one of the non-gaming hotels or explore the quieter areas surrounding the city.
