Where to stay in Las Vegas

Most Las Vegas hotels increase their room rates on the weekends, so if you have a flexible schedule, avoid Fridays and Saturdays and take advantage of package deals that include shows, meals, and gambling coupons. Remember also that if you stay at any one of the lively casino hotels, you may not be able to get a good night's sleep for the duration of your trip. If you come to Vegas to stay but not necessarily play, try one of the non-gaming hotels or explore the quieter areas surrounding the city.

  • The new upgraded or luxury rooms that are newly renovated are not worth it. They are clean and updated, but missing many amenities compared to other rooms. And for the cost I was able to Talk with the service department and moved from the new looking room to the Monaco suite . Much happier with the older style and the suite. Now I don't feel like I am in a normal room for my honeymoon. I will definitely Luke to stay here again. As for the buffet I went for the brunch buffet and would say that the food was good but didn't have the selection. I was looking for a hotel with good food and a great location to things on the strip. Which this has, just don't waste time on paying extra for the newly renovated rooms and you will be happy.
  • It's very cheap because of the construction. I've stayed here 3 times now because of that and have never had an issue. No problem sleeping or anything. Staff is super friendly. Room is very decent. Excited to see the renovations!
  • Had a good experience. Booked 3 separate rooms for our club visiting from Florida, and we were all on the same floor and relatively close to each other. Check in and out was very simple and quick. However, the key cards they do have are a bit......worthless. I must have gone through 3 sets myself, even following the instructions and keeping it away from anything else magnetic. Even still, the employees were understanding, and I always got a new card quickly. The spa is definitely worth a look. The "spa fee" to access the area is relatively reasonable, but waived with any spa service. Enjoyed the massage, and we even bought the 3-day spa pass just to enjoy the amenities. Buffet is good. Nothing truly spectacular, and a bit pricey for what you get.
  • Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service received in the hotel. I booked a 4 day trip from Sunday through Thursday 6 months in advance. We got the wrong room and unfortunately no one cares to do anything. There is "nothing we can do for you" . That's always a great answer. I asked " how long do I need to book in advance to actually receive the room I asked for?" Of course he didn't have anything to say. There is plenty of great hotels in the area. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!!!!
  • Awesome place to stay in Vegas. I get connectivity of all over the strip from here. Buffet is awesome. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Swimming area is good for all ages. Overall it's a beautiful hotel with nice casino.
