We arrived late due to a delayed flight. We were welcomed, checked in and in our room within 15 minutes of arriving. Our room was great! Clean, spacious, modern... The casino is pretty lively all thro... read more »
This is a low end casino which offers very little atmosphere. It is nothing to write home about and I would not put it on my things to do list for my next Vegas trip.
Bello con una marea di cimeli dei più grandi cantanti rock . Si va dai vestiti, agli strumenti e vari dischi premi vinti dai cantanti. Fuori dalla strip ma conviene andare a vederloNice with a lot of memorabilia of the greatest rock singers. They range from clothes, tools and various discs prizes our singers. Off the strip but you should go see itshow original

Room was immaculate, staff was friendly and helpful. Casino was carried and whole hotel ambiance was cool and pleasing. We dined at Culinary Drop Out and our waiter was helpful and attentive. Coffee and mini donuts at Fuel was fair. We would gladly return again
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I won a trip and my work opted to book me at Hard Rock. When we got here it is a typical overcrowded, chaotic scene. We got here early and all the signs said "check out" so I asked if we were ok to check in and I was looked out like I asked for a miracle. Fast forward, we finally check into the Casino Tower and the ac barely works and the free wifi sucks. Our room was slightly updated but felt like a run of the mill motel room with a few aesthetic changes. Our "view" was a rooftop and ventilation ducts. And there was such a large unsealed portion of the door that we hear everything including the drunk girls running down the hall and the drunk guests who thought it acceptable to pound on the door at 10pm and run away. The bathroom was tiny and the door opens into the toilet. After reading the reviews, I'm assuming we should have booked in the Paradise or HRH Tower.
Booked 3 suites in HRH with 10 friends for bachelor party. Rooms we're very late at check in. Check in was rude and said check in was between 3-5. None of the rooms were ready at 4:50pm. She laughed and said I have until 5pm! We got into our rooms after 5 and the 3rd room closer to 6. The rooms in wall entertainment systems didn't work! This is common because I have been there 3 times. In addition old iPod hook ups that are outdated. Also mini bar areas had 50% of the items missing for purchase. Air conditioning you could turn to 50 degrees and wouldn't kick out air it took a full day to get the room to 69 degrees. It's to bad because I enjoyed this hotel for many years and probably won't return after this last experience. Biggest reason was how me and my friends were treated and I am a backstage pass member too.
Even though we lost our money. The dealer Tyler Warne was good to us. We laughed and joked around for hours. He referred us to 24 hour eateries because we were hungry and didn't want to go back to the strip right away because we were having so much fun. He told us about other attractions in the area since we were from his hometown Philadelphia. We stayed at a strip hotel but we will surely be back to visit Tyler in the future.
It was a satisfactory stay room view was from the outside of paradise tower and there's really nothing to look at. I did get a chance to visit the pool and saw the spa but didn't make the time to visit. I ate and gambled elsewhere. I did lose my wallet and the security was quick to respond and search through surveillance footage. However my wallet has not recovered.
