  • It is a great playground for men I could easily spend half a day there and it would be not boring

  • The scale if the shop is overwhelming, a outdoor shop where you can buy anything you can thing off required for an outdoor trip. If fishing or hunting is your thing, you will not be disappointed.
  • I didn't really care to come here since we had already been to the Springfield, MO location years back, but I guess I had forgotten how nice it was and how much stuff they had. Good time shopping and ...  read more »
  • Fun to walk around, even if you're not looking to buy anything. It's full of stuffed animals, everything from sharks and swordfish to lions and giraffes and even has some live animals. Mostly (if not all) fish, but they're all fascinating to kids (and me) and provide a good start to the touring-around. Always a reliable place for finding good quads and boats, and has a nice selection of everything outdoorsy. It's connected to the Silverton Casino, and if one were to meander towards the back, there might be another aquarium that just might have mermaid shows every half-hour or so. Once again, great for kids. Good stock and lots to see!
  • Went to the gun counter just to ask if they had the Beretta I've been saving up for all week that was now off the shelf, before I could speak, they said to take a number, OK no problem. I waited 30 minutes while the old guys behind the counter were telling old hunting stories to the ladies there like it was just them two in the whole store, while her man was there, rolling their eyes at everyone's purchase, my number is next, they skip right past me not saying a word because of the attractive girl a number behind me. Never again, ever, not for one freaking round of ammo or one soda. 1000 never spent there, is well spent to me, I'd rather burn it.
  • Bass Pro Shop is like IKEA for camping, clothing, and hunting. This is a fantastic place to "hang out" because there are so many educational opportunities and peaceful nature features. If you understand why the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution Of The United States Of America is important, then you will appreciate Bass Pro Shops.
  • Love the selection of sporting goods and the prices aren't too bad for a brick amd mortar store. We go to use thier archery range a lot. What earns them 3 stars instead of five is that range. The AC was broken last time we were there, which is annoying but not enough for 3 stars. What gets the 3 stars is the guy behind the counter with the handlebar mustache. He is a crotchety old guy with a short temper. Anymore than one person in line and he gets visibly flustered. He has said things to customers that make me embarrased for him. He knows archery inside and out though. His expertise is unmatched, but that isnt enough to allow him to make everyone that approaches the counter uncomfortable.
  • Ive also never been to a Bass pro shop and this was SOOOO awesome! I went in with my grandpa to buy a new compound bow and the people there in the archery section were really helpful its not like a sporting goods store where nobody knows anything, and I love the fact that they have people who are specialized in only that area it makes it even more better. The 2 guys who helped me were so knowledgeable and have so much experience in archery. I walked away happy with my new PSE stinger x, and I want to thank Matt and Kevin the archery people who helped me get set up I will DEFINITELY be coming back! Also the prices were super reasonable and all the people there had the friendliest personality ever!!!
