  • We've lived here for many years. We drive by the signs all the time. And one day we decided to check it out and so glad we did. There is so much more in there than anticipated. I loved the bunker and ...  more »
  • Great museum and interesting military equipment on display. Unfortunately the museum went broke recently and now has been closed for the last 2 or 3 months.  more »
  • So sad. I take visitors often. This was equal to the quality of anything in DC. Just too out of the way. The founder recently died. RIP Armed Forces Museum.  more »

  • What a wonderful family experience we had in September of 2016 when we visited this museum. So sad it is closed. I wish I knew why. It was a terrific place to go, very interesting and a lot to take in and learn.
  • Fantastic exhibits. Anyone who goes will be amazed at what is shared with public. The sacrifices some Americans make for other is something to be hold. Such courageous on display by the men and women of the United States of America. Museum quality exhibits, even rides for children.
  • The outside of this place doesn't do justice. The interior has life sized scenes of war. They also have two main battle tanks (one of them a Patton), a Sherman and a Stuart. Lots of cool stuff to see. Another highlight of the visit was the ride on the m8 reconnaissance vehicle.
  • Being a veteran this was an amazing experience, very, very, very well put together! So glad and fortunate that I had the opportunity to experience before they have to close for good. If you get the chance, please go see
  • This is a wonderful museum. I went with my father, retired Army, and we were both very impressed with the exhibits. The staff was kind and helpful. There were a lot of memories for my father. Benches and water fountains throughout. Wheelchairs are available. Definitely a five star visit!
