  • Seriously, if you have not had the opportunity to visit here... it is a must. You walk in the front door. straight ahead and to your right is a small sushi bar, then isles of fresh fruits and veges. To your right are an assortment of in season flowers, to the back is the long cheese counter. When you reach the cheese counter a turn left will take you through the candy bar, there is fresh peanut butter here (the best). Keep going through the isles of wine and beer and you have found the beer counter where you can buy drinks to enjoy while you are shopping or taste a few to purchase for gifts. Up to this point it is all a teaser. If you come in the spring or summer there is a vast three or four green houses, a pond and herb and garden veges for planting...
  • One of the best fresh food markets in town. Other notable points: 1. Huge collection of beer and wine. (Over 1000) 2. Make your own 6-pack option. 3. There's a bar inside the shop that serves beer. You have the option of shopping, sipping a pint of beer.
  • Best selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, and beer in Lansing. They also offer fresh cut flowers and many other things. I'm never disappointed when I shop here, and I recommend everyone give it a try!
  • I love Horrocks when I have an extra 100 bucks to spend on my weekly grocery budget. Great beer selection, the free coffee while you shop is so nice. It's a great store with a ton of different things to look at/buy. It's easy to rack up an expensive shopping trip here. I have no self control when it comes to the cheese, produce and beer!!
  • Horrocks is basically the greatest store on earth. They have produce, lots of bulk grains to choose from, a gummy bar (plus other candy too), a giant walk in fridge with every flavor of yogurt you could desire, wheels of cheese bigger than me, beautiful flowers, a garden center, and lots more. Now I know, having all these different things doesn't make a store worthy of 5 stars. But ask yourself this: if a store had all these components, and they were all wonderful beyond imagination, what kind of store would it be? If you answered, "it would be the greatest store on earth," I would reply, "yes, and its name is Horrocks."
