  • Colonial heritage site where George Washington stayed while his troops camped in nearby, better known Valley Forge during the winter. Every spring there is a colonial festival day known as Sheep Shearing Day with all sorts of demonstrations, crafts, and tours. Other events, demonstrations, and exhibits are schedule throughout the year. There is a summer day camp for children in 4th through 6th grade. Around Christmas time each year, they host a candlelight tour.
