  • I am at Core Creek often. With kids in sports, you will spend an adequate amount of time there. There are several picnic areas and relatively clean bathrooms but they do get closed in Autumn through s...  more »
  • I ride my bike thru here kind of regularly and it's very pretty, especially in the fall. Some decent trails and nice picnic facilities, and lovely Lake Luxemburg.  more »

  • Great park for many activities. At least 5 playgrounds spread around the park, great for kids 2-10. Pavilions available for daily rentals. Several fields are popular for baseball, soccer, kite flying and more. Dog park, walking trails, mountain biking, fishing and boat rentals are also available. Also a local birding hotspot. Our kids are particularly fond of the big playground near the large pavilion. Pavilion rentals are reasonably priced and easily booked through the country park website. Park is clean and well maintained. We don't bring our dog, but the kids also enjoy waking from the playground to the dog park (which is always in use).
  • About 30 of us were just here for a friend's Memorial Motorcycle Ride after his untimely death at the young age of 35 on May 21, 2017 after succumbing to the injuries he sustained in an accident on May 11 - unfortunately we weren't there long enough to see much, it's just the simple fact that we all rode on 2, 3 & 4 wheels together, as one to celebrate the life of a man, a son, a father, a brother, a nephew, a cousin, a boyfriend & long-time love and a friend...we went to all the places he loved -- well, we tried but but the intent was there and it was pure! Rest in Peace & Ride Free Mitch!
  • Great park. Good facilities and pavilions. Clean and family friendly.
  • Gorgeous! Wish we'd known in advance the dog park is paid access only. Went by word of friend as local but they hadn't been there, it's clearly on website. Fun day, beautiful park.
  • Nice place for family weekend... Perfect for recreation, fishing, hiking, bicycling, pedal boating, kayaking, barbeque, kids birthday... Pretty much all types of outdoor activities. Clean & very safe.
