  • It was a fun time had by all, even though it was extremely cold during our visit. Good game atmosphere, and decent fans (from a visiting fans point of view). $10 beers is pricey but fairly consistent ...  more »
  • Visited recently to take in the Redskin/Packer game. I've been to many NFL stadiums before, and while the field was fine and the view great, the lines were unbelievable! We sat in field level seats an...  more »
  • OK stadium and seating. Parked at the Capitol Heights metro parking lot and took the metro in (two stops). Maybe a 15 minute walk to the stadium, but much better than stadium parking traffic, and chea...  more »

  • The stadium needs to be updated. They need to remove those ugly covers on the seats they took away to make the stadium look full. They need to come down a little on the concession prices. The fans would appreciate more giveaways. We pay four times as much as an NBA game and get far less. Other than that, we Washington fans are loyal. #HTTR
  • HTTR! However, such a sorry excuse for a stadium. Out in the middle of nowhere Maryland with extremely exorbitant parking fees. It takes hours to leave after games due to congestion caused by poor urban planning. The food and drink in the stadium is very sub-par which surely attributes to the declining attendance. Seating is also bad with so many obstructed view seats. Standing room can be fun but get quite rowdy. The Redskins should move to RFK Stadium sooner rather than later. This won't happen though until Snyder is no longer the owner and/or they win the Super Bowl. With all of that said it's still a blast to tailgate and watch the Redskins on the road to victory!
  • Horrible experience at FEDEX Field. We went to the WVU game, and won't return to another. My wife's bag looked too much like a backpack and because we took the Metro, we had to throw it out. Guards were not friendly or sympathetic about it either. She has taken the bag to other venues without problems. Bought chicken wings from the Green Turtle vendor and the chicken and fries were cold, not room temperature, but refrigerator cold. I have been to at least twenty different stadiums in the US and internationally, and this was the worst. RFK and Nationals Stadiums are a better bet here in the DC area. With ticket prices like they are, I doubt I will waste my hard earned money attending another game.
  • The good: It's a big stadium. They play NFL football there. If you want to see an event with 92,000 other people this is pretty much the only place in the region that can handle it. The lines for the bathrooms aren't usually too horrendous. Club level is pretty nice, if you can afford it. The bad: It's too damn big. Gives new meaning to the term "nosebleed seats". There is no overhang, so you get no protection from the elements unless you are in a luxury suite. Tickets to games are absurdly overpriced, and then you get to pay $9 for a pint of bud light while you watch a perennially mediocre team get manhandled by the visitors. Transportation infrastructure into and out of the stadium are weak. How could they have built this so far away from Metro?!?!? Get to the stadium at least an hour before kickoff or you will miss it.
  • We love the Redskins, and their fans. The club level and lower level continue to improve, and I feels safe and relaxed when I take my son to games. parking and Highway access are tough, but we park in remote cash lots and actually enjoy a walk (.3 to 1 mile max) after a few hours in car and sitting at the game.
