  • We planned on traveling to Kinzers to the spring show at the Rough & Tumble show. Unfortunately, there was a light rain all morning while we were there, but we had a lot to see in the building display...  more »

  • One of the best antique engine displays in the Pa, Md area. Most engines are operating during this event. Also on display are many vintage tractors and other vehicles.
  • The public days (like the Spring Steam-Up and the Harvest Festival) are absolutely amazing. Fascinating exhibits, knowledgeable and friendly volunteers with a real love of the machinery. One of my favorite places, every child should visit here to gain an appreciation for engineering.
  • This an event that I try to attend each year. My grandfather ran a sawmill and a threshing service using the very same machines that you can see in action at the event. It is very well attended. The flea market is an interesting attraction all by itself.
  • Biggest Tractor and Steam Engine Show, I've ever attended on the East Coast. Lots of fun stuff to do. Great for families. Learning about history and how they did things over a century ago. I'm definitely going next year.
  • Fun place to check out old steam powered equipment. Great homemade, natural food and snacks.
