  • There are some great events held at Landis Valley - preferably the Herb & Garden Fest held annually. It's like a smaller version of Williamsburg with farmland and animals. This was a location used for...  more »
  • My family and I really enjoyed our visit to Landis Valley Village. The staff was wonderful! They really took their time to give us loads of information about the buildings and life in the late 1800's ...  more »
  • Make sure you call to check the hours. The staff takes a lunch break from 12-1. The day we went the guides left at 3:00., it says they are open until 5. This was a bit confusing. We arrived at noon. T...  more »

  • Fabulous plant show every year on Mother's Day weekend. Annuals, perennials, planters for your yard and vegetable garden plants from numerous garden centers. Non-plant artisans are also part of the yearly show.
  • It was great to hear people talk about what had been a great town. The architecture and design was laid out well and restoration on the older houses was tastefully completed.
  • Guided or self-guided tours through a large number of century-old farm and town buildings. Depending on the day and time, you'll find activities for kids/adults. Only a few of the exhibits are interactive/modernized. But a lot to see for history fans.
  • What a great place. The cost makes it sensible for a family to get a year membership if you're going to go more than once per year. They have interesting events throughout the year. The herb and garden faire is not to be missed.
  • Love the Landis Valley Fall Festival that they have every year. Pick pumpkins, explore the museum and participate in many nice family oriented activities.
