  • Nice little home site, not really a whole lot to see. President Truman only lived here as an infant, so it's not really much about him. Truman's house in Independence would be more about him. But this little house is interesting to see the way of life back in the late 19th century.
  • Really enjoyed my tour of the Truman birthplace home. It's a very small house, but they do a good job of covering Truman's early history and depicting what life in small-town Western Missouri was like at the time. The home and visitor center sit across the street from one-another, and the whole site is very pleasant.
  • Educational. Informative. All around generally fascinating especially for the younger generation. If you get a chance stop and check it out!
  • My husband and I visited for Truman Day. . .great event to visit and learn more about a president of the USA!
  • Nice piece of history. Wish it had been open.
