  • Free entry with some good exhibitions. Well worth a visit. Staff very helpful. Check out photo exhibition on top floor and outside sculptures. Also great to see local school work exhibited.
  • Quite a selection of artists and different styles. We loved the upstairs world income art. Puts things into perspective. Best of all, it is free.
  • The Polk Museum of Art offers a great collection of art exhibits, as well as exhibits that document American culture. The staff is very friendly and the building is well kept. I thoroughly enjoyed wal...  more »

  • Embarrassing. They need more art. I've seen better from a third grade class. I don't like to dis a museum of art but wow. So sparse. So bad. The store was great. The graffiti artist was cool.
  • Really nice selection of art though wish there was more to view. When I visited, seemed to have mostly art by local elementary students. Currently there's a HUGE graffiti exhibit that is a MUST SEE!
  • Really enjoyed this hallway the most! Learned more on other countries! It was an eye opener, & really made us feel blessed to be Americans!
  • The museum has a wonderful display of students' art that never fails to amaze. The Material World is fascinating and makes a fine contrast to the contemporary art displayed downstairs. I love the friendly staff and the treasure-filled store, too.
  • Small. It was free though. I am planning on going back without the kids so I can look at the pictures at my pace.
