  • Great hike to the lake. Lots of good photo opportunities. The beginning of the hike is uphill, so rest often. The hike takes about 2 hours round trip depending on how long you spend at the lake.
  • This is a must see when visiting Tahoe. Parking is very limited. Plan on arriving early. Don't park in no parking areas. The hyway patrol is writing tickets.
  • Must visit. Probably the best location around the entire lake. Do not leave Lake Tahoe without stopping here a couple of times!
  • Quintessential Tahoe area hike. The ascent to Eagle Lake takes about 45 minutes and is moderately strenuous. Parking is a real hassle, especially on weekends.
  • Loved walking and climbing the eagle falls trail. Beautiful views.
