  • Why? The price is definitely right. The views of the mountains are among the best anywhere. The front nine is wide open and a perfect warm up for the second nine. There is a par four that could defini...  read more »
  • I'm shocked. This is a hidden gem near Lake Placid. Yes, the greens roll slower than most resort greens, but they roll true. The elevation changes and wind make this course a real challenge. And with the backdrop of the mountains, it's very picturesque. Go play it, and thank me later.
  • Played the front nine on July 3, 2015. Not a bad layout but the greens were in terrible condition. A couple of the greens were half dirt/ half grass, and a couple more had dirt spots scattered throughout the green. Very difficult to get a consistent roll. Not worth the trip.
  • Very friendly staff and wonderful course to play. Highly recommend
  • Nice place good food.
  • Craig Wood fired the "shot heard around the world". Double eagles don't happen often, even on the tour. The course is rolling, but walkable. There is room for a little extra with the driver, but watch for tricky approach shots. The greens undulate, but are fair and fairly quick. The back nine narrows some and goes through trees. Beautiful scenery and not a house anywhere near the course. The friendly pro tells stories about Craig Wood. I'll be back.
