Our wine bus stopped here. A little pricey to purchase the alcohol by the bottle but worth a stop to check it out
Very inventive and tasty distillery. There's a big tasting area and store along with a bar/counter serving dozens of unique drinks made with their products. Don't miss the horseradish vodka Bloody Mar... read more »

Great spirits and fantastic cocktails. Free spirit tasting. If you like gin, they have the best. If you want something to eat you can order sandwiches from the shop next to the distillery and bring them over.
I've been here a couple times to sample some of the flavored vodkas but never end up purchasing any. They really only have a few flavors which are Machinac Island Fudge, lemon, and horseradish all of which I felt were overpriced. I considered purchasing a bottle of their moonshine just for the novelty but the bottle had a paper label that looked like it was made on an ink jet printer then poorly taped to the bottle. If the moonshine had the print right on the bottle or looked more professional I'd have purchased it just because I liked the logo. Samples are free but all you get is a very small sip. The Mackinac Island fudge vodka tasted like I could mix some up myself and it even says on the bottle that contents will separate if it sits for an extended period. I spent more time here looking at the little trinkets and such they have for sale here. My only purchase was a candle holder this year and a shot glass the year before. The attached ice cream shop next door had an amazing ice cream cookie sandwich which seemed to make the stop with while.
Greeted at the door? Welcomed like old friends? Loved it all and loved the sampling. Bought more than I needed and I'm ready to go back. Rock on Northern Lattitudes!
Staff was very friendly here. They had free tasting with no pressure to buy (although it's good enough to buy). I would go back!
I'm a BIG fan of their Jack Pine Gin. Everything else I've tried there was very solid, but that gin is above and beyond. It's a very nice tasting room with very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
