  • Love this place! Worth looking at, they have tours, touch tanks and aquariums. Definitely good for younger children, they have a blast with touching sea creatures.
  • We had a wonderful time here looking at the animals and sea life, wanted to take a hatchery tour but the guide was not there as of the time we were. Nice for the kids and don't forget to donate a fee for the walk through.
  • We love it! We come here every time we visit my home town!! So sad that Gordon is no longer with us...
  • Great for kids (touch pool and coloring great for younger kids also), open on Saturdays, and free! Helpful staff also. Pretty small but was also uncrowded.
  • A great place to take the kids if you're in Lake Jackson. It's free (though donations are highly appreciated). They have a small outdoor pier trail you can walk on and learn about all the different animals and birds of Coastal Texas. Inside they have aquariums with native wildlife. They have some tropical tanks as well and touch tanks as well. The aquarium is a short stop and out of the heat. It's a small place but again it's free. I recommend going and I know I'll go back. Go learn about our wetlands and why our coastal wetlands and coastal prairies are so important.
